The Space:

Welcome to your ideal getaway in Destin! This spacious 970 sq ft, two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers everything you need for comfort and convenience. The master suite includes a king bed, private bath with tub/shower combo, and balcony access—your perfect relaxation retreat. The guest bedroom features two full-size bunk beds and its own full bathroom, great for families or larger groups. An open-concept living room and kitchen provide a bright, inviting space for lounging or entertaining—with a queen sofa sleeper and access to the shared balcony.



Inside, you’ll have a stackable washer/dryer for seamless long stays. When you're ready to explore the resort, dive into a tropical paradise with Destin’s largest zero-entry lagoon pool, waterfalls, a heated pool, kiddie splash pad, and hot tub. For your well-being and recreation, take advantage of the fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, or let kids play on the playground while you fire up the nearby community grills.



When hunger strikes, enjoy dining at The Palms Bistro—your on-site coffeehouse, restaurant, and bar offering delicious meals, live music, brunch stations, pizza, and more. Afterward, warm up by the firepits, play ping-pong or cornhole at the patio bar, or unwind in the full-service spa.

Guest Access:

Ronin Stays uses SuiteOp for guest access. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site.



The Neighborhood:

The Palms of Destin Resort is centrally located in the heart of Destin, just across from Henderson Beach State Park. You’re minutes from Destin Commons, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, The Back Porch, and HarborWalk Village. This means you’ll have quick access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and some of the most beautiful white-sand beaches on the Emerald Coast. Whether you’re here to relax poolside, explore local attractions, or enjoy the nightlife, this location puts you right in the middle of it all.



Getting Around:

Getting around Destin is simple, though public transportation is limited. For the most flexibility, driving is the easiest way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and provide reliable access to popular spots such as HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Crab Island, and Henderson Beach State Park.



Shuttle Service: Guests also enjoy the complimentary seasonal shuttle that runs to nearby beaches, Destin Commons, and HarborWalk. Hours and availability may vary—please check with the front desk for the latest schedule.

Other Things to Note:

All booking guests must submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either the damage waiver protection plan ($45) or a security deposit ($250) before receiving check-in instructions. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be sent one hour before your scheduled check-in time. To avoid any delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.



Location: The condo is located in Building 2, West Tower, on the 2nd floor for easy access. You’ll use the West Tower elevator to reach your unit. The front desk can help direct you towards it when you check-in.



Pets: We love pets, but unfortunately, the resort does not allow pets to accompany guests, just owners, who reside at the Palms of Destin.



The resort is family-friendly, with features like a kiddie pool, splash pad, and playground.



All guests must follow resort rules, including pool and amenity hours.



To ensure the property remains in top condition, routine maintenance is performed on a scheduled basis. Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, and pest control treatments are completed quarterly. Our trusted vendors will not need access inside the property, but you may see them working in and around the exterior of the home during reasonable daytime hours. If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance.



While this unit is perfect for longer stays (thanks to the in-unit washer/dryer), please note that daily housekeeping is not provided.



Extra Guests: The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. For groups larger than 4 (up to the maximum of 6), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover extra utilities, cleaning, and normal wear and tear. Thank you for helping us keep the space in great shape for everyone!



Interaction with Guests:

For the most efficient response, please communicate with the Ronin Stays Team directly through your booking platform’s (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, and etc) messaging system. If you booked through our website, email is the best way to reach us. Our team actively monitors messages around the clock to ensure timely support.



Please note that while our team is responsive after hours, some services may be limited during that time. We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation.



All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy. Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance.
