Please enjoy our luxurious and spacious 5 bedroom private home with 4.5 baths, 11 beds, 4 covered balconies, 1 covered patio, with newly updated furnishings. All bedrooms have high ceilings, a plethora of windows providing natural light. This neighborhood is a gated community with sidewalks and just a short walk to the beach. The floorplan is inviting for a large family, multiple families, a group of friends and/or colleagues to relax amongst (2) distinct living areas, (2) kitchens and a (2) car garage with (2) outdoor parking spots.
When you arrive, the 2nd floor exterior staircase brings you to the wrap-around covered balcony with wooden rocking chairs. The living area is beautifully decorated with a comfortable large sectional sleeper sofa, swivel chair, TV, and the area is blessed with sunlight through the plantation shutters.
