I have stayed at east towers but first time in this unit. The beaches were great. The issue was the AC/cooling in the unit. It was very uncomfortable to be in the condo and overall was not a pleasant stay for the family. We called several times for service and they would come, flip the breaker and then leave with no positive results. We did not open the sliding doors very much as we were told this was the issues. This condo needs some work.

It was beautiful!

Overall, we did enjoy the majority of our stay. The place was beautiful and in a great location. There were a few things that made it hard for me to rate it a 5 though. Firstly, the curtains for the sliding doors were ripped up on the side facing the window, which caused them not to work as well as they should. Next, we found two wasps nests on the decks when we were there with live wasps in them. Then there was the issue of the pool, there was construction on the second tower causing the pool to be super loud and be a construction site, along with the second pool being closed. Finally, the shower head in the master bathroom was somewhat broken so it wasn't working the best.

Beautiful, amazing place in great location

Property was wonderful, accurately reflected in photos but actually seeing it was amazing. Location is private yet you have wonderful views into the gulf and East Pass and also toward Destin's Harbor Walk area.We had several minor questions/problems which were handled very well by the property management reps.

Condo stay

We had a great stay. Condo was nice. Fridge wouldnt make ice, and glasses and coffee cups in cabinet were dirty. Other than that was a great time.

I think this property has a lot of potential. It just has been let go. The couch was very stained. The drapes were dirty and cut up. There was no electrical outlet that worked in either bathroom and the lighting in the master bathroom did not work. The water never got past lukewarm for showers. If the owner would put a little care into the condo, it would be very nice. We paid a lot of money and the pictures were not quite accurate. It’s quite a bit of construction around the property which was not disclosed until the last two weeks before we left. It wasn’t that bad it just made while I walk to the beach.

Beautiful condo & view

This condo has the most beautiful and updated furniture & decor, and it is so comfy. The view is perfect. The harbor and gulf all on one. The master bathroom is also a huge hit. That mirror 😍 the only downside was the elevators being out for a couple hours one day during our trip and we had to take the stairs but great vacation overall!

Overall didnt like location the condo needs improvements..Furniture needs deep cleaning.large stain in the rug on the floor drapes looks like they have been shredded..Loose tiles on the patio..The location you have to walk a long path to the beach condo is located on the deep end of the ocean not listed on vrbo..Definitely not the experience I was hoping for .Will return to Destin but definitely not this condo

Beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice, clean and convenient for our needs. We were VERY surprised to see heavy construction and fencing around the entire front of the building. We would have liked to know this in advance and definitely prior to arrival. The machines began working-“beeping”, digging and spreading sand at 7:00am and didn’t stop all day. However we were able to access the public beach/water access through a walkway around the fence. The pool and hot tub were amazing. When we needed help with the disposal, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. We loved watching the dolphins, hearing the music across the water and the sunsets were amazing (all from our deck!)

Beautiful Location and Condo..BUT

We love the location and amenities of East Pass Towers. Unfortunately we have had plumbing issues on each visit and in different units. On this visit we were noticed just hours before check in that the heat and air was off for repairs in the whole building! We ended up purchasing additional blankets since weather turned chilly….better than hot and stuffy. Fans were provided for us to use if temp went up. Repairs were finished on the last day of our stay. Worse than that, the kitchen sink and bar/ice maker sinks backed up with old debris in garbage disposal which we had not even used. We noticed that odor when first entering the condo. This has happened in another unit we’ve stayed in here. We went out to eat rather than cooking or washing dishes. Management was notified but could not get anyone out until we checked out. They did mention they would refund $100 off our stay and promised to provide an incentive to return for another stay. We will maybe try one more time in this complex.

This Unit is Not Worth Your Hard Earned $$ - Such a Nightmare!!

We were extremely disappointed with our stay in East Pass Tower. This unit is horribly neglected. We had no hot water for our entire stay, an air conditioning unit that couldn’t keep up in the fall, a dryer that takes an entire day to dry 1 load of laundry, several broken/loose tiles on the balcony, strong sewer/septic smell coming from both bathrooms, and stains on the living room furniture. RealJoy, the management company will send a tech to appease you, but your problems will not get fixed until the owner of the unit decides to replace items that clearly need replacing. We have stayed in East Pass before and with RealJoy, but this will be our last. We are thoroughly disappointed how we were treated and hope others think twice before spending thousands of dollars to stay at this subpar unit. After much back and forth, RealJoy has offered a small refund but it has been almost a month now with zero resolution.

Wonderful Stay

Pictures don't do this unit any justice, it was gorgeous! There was nothing like waking up in the morning and looking out to the ocean view from your balcony. The unit was very clean and we had no problems at all during our stay. There were multiple codes for doors and elevators, so it was very great security at this unit. I do wish that this property were pet friendly, as we did miss our little Yorkie during our stay very much. This unit was across from marina from where most of the restaurants and boardwalk were, so every night we could see the lights and hear the music from there. (We were not kept up by the music, you could hear it from the balcony but not inside the unit.) I highly recommend this unit!!

Good stay

All in all, the property was nice, clean an in a good location. Both elevators gave us issues as either one or both were constantly getting stuck or not working all together. This created problems hauling luggage. Outside of that issue, we enjoyed the stay.

Amazing Location!

If you want beach access, beautiful sunsets and a stunning view! This is the condo for you. Wonderful property on holiday isles with a a lot to do. Big balconies overlooking the bay and beach. Big oversized coaches for lying around. Updated condo with comfortable beds. Plenty of parking and gated for privacy! We will be back soon!

Great Place, Great Location

I love staying here, it was spacious and private. The location was beautiful. We could wake up in the morning and watch dolphins play in the bay and at night we sat on the big deck to watch the lights and listen to music from the harbor walk.

Great location, needs a little refreshing on furniture and decor to include replacing torn curtains, peeling wallpaper and stains on carpet. Master bed horribly uncomfortable due to sagging mattress. Master toilet needs reseated as it is loose from floor and smells like sewage. Otherwise, fun time, nice location, easy check in and checkout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 407. We were looking for a last minute, comfortable and relaxing getaway and it was just that! The view is absolutely gorgeous! The furniture, inside and out, was very comfortable and the beds were amazing! Management was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The only thing I would improve on is having one code for everything instead of individual codes. Other than that it was perfect!!

Friends Vacation

Location was fun! We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the hot tub was not working. Builing 2 had a hot tub but we were told we could not use it. The whole time we were there nobody was using it, and we were really looking forward to having a hot tub.

Beautiful unit / amazing views -unit was uncomfortably warm.

Unit was beautiful and views amazing. Uncomfortably warm in the unit. Would suggest a dehumidifier to help w this - no air flow to second bedroom. Have never stayed where thermostat was ‘fixed’ and guest was unable to adjust. Staff was responsive to text messages. Would recommend ability to securely lock all doors from the inside (chain / latch).
