Relaxation at its best!  This private beachfront location ensures guests the spectacular views of the Gulf that defines the inimitable Holiday Isle lifestyle.  This newly appointed, bright, spacious and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom 4th floor condo is fully equipped with your vacation essentials. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from your private balcony that boasts seeping panoramic views of powdered white sand and emerald waters.

This modern condo will comfortably entertain 6 guests.  The open dining and living room furnishings include private balcony, leather furniture, queen sleeper sofa and 65” Smart TV/DVD.   The master ensuite has a king pillow-top mattress, 42” Smart TV/DVD, ample closet space and private balcony access.  The guest bedroom features a queen pillow-top mattress, closet, 42” Smart TV/DVD.  The fully stocked island kitchen includes, TV, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Kuerig coffee machine and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. Private access to storage unit located outside front door.

The manicured grounds include private pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard,  barbecue area and coin laundry.

Our stay was wonderful. The Host did a great job providing everything we need and the place is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Also, Holiday Isle respond quickly and very helpful! The condo location is close to the action but still secluded. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommended this condo to others!

Everything was great!! I do recommend adding hooks to the patio. We were caught in a downpour Tuesday and our towels were soaked. We laid them over table and stoolsbut they never dried out.

The property was clean and very suitable for the two of us friends traveling together for the first time. Kristina at the beach service desk was very helpful in suggesting places to eat. She also works her butt off to set up chairs and umbrellas every day. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Surf & Racket. Our accommodations were as good as the reviews suggested and the location was great. Right on the beach, close enough to the busy areas to shop, eat, etc., but far enough to really relax. Very enjoyable vacation!

My Fave ❤️

Found this resort a couple years ago and refuse to stay anywhere else. Perfect location. Perfect proximity to the beach, especially with little ones. This particular condo I would love to keep to myself. I struggle to tell you have perfect it is because I want it to be available for me at all times! Nothing you would need that this condo doesn’t have. What I wish I knew: This condo is the 4th floor. There are no elevators anywhere near it. There is a flight of stairs right outside the door. Easy to go down and around the corner and directly to the beach. Coming up? Different story. But doable. There is an outside storage right next to the door that is locked. There are multiple things inside for the beach. I assume the items may change depending on the renters, but there were sand buckets/toys, floats, boogie boards, small beach chairs, etc… check this before you buy anything! FYI- the key for it is directly to the left hanging on the wall when you walk in the condo (took me forever to find). This resort is not a place to go if you are looking to party or be loud. It’s super family oriented. You cannot even get close to the pool with a beer without someone stopping you. That’s both a pro and con, depends on you. If your rental doesn’t come with beach service, don’t rent the beach umbrella/chairs. Buy your own. Truck em to the beach and back. It’s stupid expensive. There are 4 hair dryers. (4!!!!) If you are on the fence, just do it. Book it. You’ll love it!

Birthday weekend

Group of 4 staying for a long weekend celebrating a couple of birthdays. Good location close to everything. Check in was easy, we got there after 10pm and had no issues. The unit was clean and and it had be remodeled, we had no issues at all with the unit. Easy access to the beach, we used the chair service 1 of the days. Overall no complaints, would stay here again

The place was very cozy and very home like feeling with the most beautiful panoramic scenery of the beach. It just need an interior lock for the main entrance door to keep small kids from opening door so easily. We will be coming back again.

Nice updated condo. Needs more comfortable patio seating. Wooden table chairs not comfy to sit out to enjoy the waves and beach viewing. Otherwise very nice!
