Fire up the grill for an authentic barbecue lunch, served tableside at the outdoor dining set with seating for six. Dig your toes in the sand for a competitive game of cornhole (Board and Bags Provided) or break out your own fishing poles and cast a line off the dock in hopes of reeling in a fresh catch just in time for dinner. Set off on your vessel of choice for a personal tour of the waterways, whether cruising the canals on a paddleboard or hitting the open water on a rented pontoon. For a change of scenery, take a quick five-minute walk to enjoy private gated beach access, perfect for soaking up the sun and surf.

Stepping indoors, soaring vaulted ceilings enhances the spaciousness of the open floorplan, where you and your guests can connect and form lasting memories amid the comfortable furnishings and coastal-chic décor. Also offering an Upper-level Florida room equipped with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a lower-level living space, everyone will be able to have the entertainment experience they desire, both including their own combination of comfortable sofa seating and Smart TVs. Two well-equipped kitchens, one on each level, come fully stocked with all the comforts of home, ready to host all your mealtime endeavors whether whipping up delicious homestyle meals or unpacking takeout from a newly discovered local restaurant. A grand dining table seats 10 for formal meals while you’ll find additional seating in the Florida room and on the lower level, seating 4 and 6 respectively.

Things to Note
• Two sets of washers and dryers at the home: one set is upstairs off the kitchen; the other set is in the garage downstairs.
• Golf Cart rentals are allowed in this community. Please reach out for good recommendations.
• A third fridge-and-freezer combo is in the lower-level garage.
• Home is equipped with high-speed internet
• Outdoor shower located beneath the deck
• String lighting hangs underneath the deck for added ambiance
• Driveway parking available for up to 8 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be in the home upon arrival. No commercial vehicle, boat, trailer, or RV is allowed on Holiday Isle. Parking on the Right of Way is prohibited.
• Fireplace is not available for guest use.
• This home is NOT handicap-friendly.
• The lower level and the Upper level do not connect via an interior stairwell; access to each level requires separate entry.
• Use of the dock is included with the rental.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras. The first is located on the front/top of the roof, actively monitoring the street, the second located on the back/top of roof, actively monitoring the harbor/dock area. The third camera is on the pole in front of the home monitoring the driveway.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 dog, 50 lbs. or less allowed. Advanced notice is required. A flat pet fee of $150 will be required in addition to your final booking cost.
• Dogs must be always kept on a leash while outside, as the property does not have a fenced yard. If you need to leave your dog unattended in the property, they must be crated. Please bring your own crate. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by their pets. For safety reasons, dogs are not allowed on the beaches in Okaloosa County. This policy is mandated by County Ordinance No. 77-19, Section 6.
• This home is built on treated pilings, which give off a natural scent in the lower-level area. It’s completely normal and simply part of the home’s coastal character.
• Holiday Isle also offers two public beach access points: O'Steen Access and Norriego Point Beach Access and Park.
• Easy access to the Destin Water Taxi! Pick-up at the dock can take you to Harborwalk Village, The Destin Boardwalk, Boshamps & Marina Cafe, Harbor Docks, Pelican Adventures, and Louisiana Lagniappe.
• Guests have access to the right-side garage only.
• 28 ft deep water dock available. Please contact us after booking if you plan on bringing a boat.
A Note on Kitchen Supplies: For sanitary reasons and to accommodate a wide range of guest preferences, the home does not provide consumable kitchen items such as seasonings, cooking oil, coffee filters, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or food storage bags. We recommend bringing any items you plan to use during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
A Note on Cleaning Supplies: While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and dustpan. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products, you’re welcome to bring your own. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Events & Special Occasions
This charming property allows for small weddings and events of up to 25 people, providing a picturesque setting for your special day. Important Note: All weddings or events must have prior permission from management, as our HOA requires advance notification. Harbor Seahorse is permitted to host up to 4 events per year, ensuring an exclusive and peaceful experience for all guests.

Essentials & Guidebook
We provide a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. In each bathroom, you’ll find travel-size body wash, body bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, we include one sponge, one roll of paper towels, travel-size liquid dish detergent, one packet of dishwasher detergent, and two trash bags per trash can. We also provide one packet of powdered laundry detergent. For longer stays or if you need more, nearby stores make restocking easy.
