Kaunis koti valmis täydelliseen lomaasi! Tämä kaunis 7 makuuhuoneen koti, jossa on ensiluokkainen sisustus ja oma uima-allas, sijaitsee 150 askeleen päässä Destinin rantojen kauniista valkoisesta hiekasta ja smaragdivedestä.

Tässä 3-kerroksisessa kodissa on 7 makuuhuonetta ja 7 kylpyhuonetta. Se sisältää myös oleskelu- ja viihdytysalueet ensimmäisessä, toisessa ja kolmannessa kerroksessa. Kävele puolitoista korttelia yhteen Destinin kauneimmista rannoista tai nauti oman suuren terassisi, grillin ja lämmitetyn uima-altaan yksityisyydestä!

Katso auringon nousevan toisen kerroksen suurelta kannelta tai lopeta päivä kolmannen kerroksen parvekkeella katsomalla loistavaa auringonlaskua. Tämä koti sijaitsee kätevästi lähellä ostosmahdollisuuksia, hienoja ravintoloita ja viihdettä, jota koko perhe rakastaa. Sijaitsee rauhallisella Crystal Beach -alueella, perheesi / ystäväsi voivat hyödyntää yli 6 mailin reittejä lähistöllä.

Rakastat 3232 neliöjalkaa asuintilaa, jota kodilla on tarjottavana perhejuhliasi tai ystäviäsi lomalla yhdessä. Laaja avoin ensimmäisen kerroksen oleskelutila sisältää: 10-katot, täysin varustettu keittiö, ruokailutilat jopa 16: lle, ja se näyttää kauniilta uima-altaalta ja patio-alueelta. Alakerrassa on myös 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa jokaisessa on king-size-vuode ja omat kylpyhuoneet.

Toiselle tasolle siirtyessäsi löydät portaikkojen yläreunalta rentouttavan alueen, täynnä lasten pelejä, televisiota ja kuningatar nukkujaa. Tässä kerroksessa on myös 2 makuuhuonetta ja kerrossänky, jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone. Jatka kolmanteen kerrokseen ja nauti olohuoneesta, jonka on tarkoitus olla loistava hengailu kaiken ikäisille. Tähän alueeseen kuuluu sohva / sohva, TV ja pubipöytä, joka on täydellinen peleihin. Katso kolmannen kerroksen parvekkeelta alla olevalle yleiselle alueelle. We took our family for my parents 40 wedding anniversary and it was an Unbelievable stay. House is perfect for a large family, or large group of friends. Beach is a block away walk, and the pool was great! The house has all the amenities you could think of. Perfect stay.

The house was awesome and worked great for our large family. My only complaint is that were super excited about the six passenger cart, and our first ride a tire blew, he did send us another golf cart, 4 passenger the next day, but I just feel like the tires should have been checked before stay. They were completely bald and should have been replaced a long time ago

Perfect Home Close to the Beach!

We loved the saltwater pool, access to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants were all walkable but the golf cart allowed up to explore the beachfront and do larger grocery runs when needed! 10/10 property. The owners/maintenance team were responsive and quick with everything we needed.

Beautiful property

This home is beautiful and as described in the VRBO app. Everything was neat, clean, and ready for us upon arrival. The property was in a quiet neighborhood, within walkind distance of the beach and several other shops, restaurants, and activities. The beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach toys were a nice touch. The pool was the perfect size for us and was glad to have paid to have it heated as the ocean was a bit chilly this tme of year. The kids were rarely seen outside the pool! The only downfall would be the lack of every day supplies, ie: dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, paper towels, kleenex, etc. I understand these are expensive and were mentioned in the initial agreement. It's just really hard to bring those itemswith us when flying in from halfway across the country. Maybe could offer a "package" for those types of renters. All in all, we had a fabulous time with family and will return!

We had 10 adults (5 couples) for our trip and the house was perfect! We actually didn’t even use two of the bedrooms so tons of space. The kitchen had anything and everything you could need. The extra fridges were so nice for extra storage. Pool area was great - we did pay to heat the pool and it was definitely worth the extra cost. Super quick walk to the beach. Owner was quick to respond to all questions both during the booking process and arrival/departure. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house!!!!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family - we went for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and had 13 people ages 4-71. The house had absolutely everything we needed or could have needed! The owner and property manager were both very responsive. We had an Amazon package delivered to the locked mailbox and they came to retrieve it for us right away! The pool area was perfect with a ton of outdoor seating and an abundance of pool and beach toys. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

AMAZING FAMILY VACAY!

Our big family of 8 adults and 6 kids had an amazing time at this vacation beach house! It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time at the beach. It was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone to be able to spread out. There were so many extra little amenities, such as extra beach towels, beach chairs, wagons, sand/pool toys, and a bags game that was such a nice plus! The location to the beach was excellent. It was an easy walk, but we were glad we decided to rent the golf cart to make it a little easier to get everything and everyone down to the beach. The kids loved the pool and we were so glad we paid the little bit extra to have it heated. It was perfect. 10/10 recommend this house! Our kids are already talking about coming back and staying here again!

Our family has spent Christmas together for over 20 years. As the family has grown we’ve needed larger homes to accommodate all of us. The Destin house was the best place yet. If we could pick it up and plunk it in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area it would be the best of all worlds. We had a great time and the long ride was worth it.

Our experience

We’ve vacationed quite a few times on the emerald coast & have always had the best time. This was our first time renting in this area & based on photos & house description it seemed to fit what our group was looking for. We were disappointed with a lot of things but once you’re finally in your vacation rental there’s not much you can do about things aside from dealing with it the best you can to enjoy your vacation. These are just a few things we encountered during our stay. When initially arriving & walking into the house there is a distinct mold/chemical/lack of air circulation smell..walking through the house one of the bathrooms had mold covering the ceiling. I had reached out & contacted the host, we were told that they had no idea but would send someone out. (Cool…I guess no one does an actual walk through to check everything is ok before renting out the place) the property manager came out..walked into the house..said hello and seemed to know exactly where to go & what to spray without asking anyone anything..but again, they had “no idea”. The bed sheets smelled horrendous. I literally sprayed the bed with perfume every night and it barely made a difference..when our stay was over and we stripped the bed there was an orange stain on the mattress cover..guess that explained the smell. The other rooms mentioned a gross smell as well but their mattress pads seemed ok. Our shower had hair on the walls before use. Ants all over the pool area. 5 people left very sick.

We recently stayed for a weekend trip. The house was exactly as described. Property manger arrived within an hour to replace a low battery for a sensor. Conveniently located to the beach. Also walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. Will definitely book again if ever in the area

Amazing family vacation!

We had an amazing stay at this property. There was enough space for everyone to have their own room and the pool was absolutely fantastic. We had one small issue with the main floor A/C but the maintenance crew responded within 10 minutes! We would absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary by taking our children and grandchildren to Destin the week of 7/20 - 7-27. This property was perfect. Lovely family vacation

The home couldn’t have been better. We had our mother with us and with 2 bedrooms on 1st floor it made this perfect for her. Also the kitchen was so spacious and open. Family Getaway

This beautiful home will not disappoint!! Plenty of space for 17 of us in the open floor plan on the first floor!! The second floor was great for the older Grandkids!! Gave them their own space but 2 bedrooms close by for their parents. The third floor was perfect for our daughter & son-in-law with our one & three year old Grandbabies. We weren’t able to swim in the ocean the first 3 days but the pool kept the kids busy & it was kept very clean. We were also impressed with the amount of chairs by the pool, something that you don’t usually see. The big covered porch with the nice picnic table was used quite a bit!! Short walk to the beach, restaurants & shopping accessible by golf cart. This was the PERFECT home away from home!!

A wonderful house for a big family!

We had a wonderful stay! We brought four generations of family together! The house is nicely appointed and thoughtfully stocked with anything you could need from kitchen supplies to pack and plays and toys for the kids. The pool was a hit with our family as we were there on a very busy weekend! We did the beach early and then came back to the privacy for our own space to play the rest of the day! We cooked two nights, once with the grills and really enjoyed our time together! The host was easy to reach and work with and we did have smoke detector start beeping on our last night and the PM was there within an hour with a new battery! Couldn’t ask for anything more!! Enjoy this beautiful home! It’s worth it!!

Wedding in Fort Walton

This was a perfect place to stay. We were 20 minutes from our venue and very close to the beach. Loved Camille's for coffee and treats. The distribution of the house was perfect for us. Pool was warm enough without the extra heating and the golf cart was so fun to take my mom out on since she has trouble walking. Thank you!
