  • Escape to "Bahama Breezes" - seitsemän makuuhuoneen, viiden ja puoli kylpyammeen, 3160 neliömetrin ylellisessä rantakodissa, joka sijaitsee suoraan kadun toisella puolella meksikolaulaa / pääsy rannalle ja siinä on oma lämmitetty uima-allas (valinnainen - lisäkustannukset) ja Cabana talo. Koti nukkuu 16 vuodetta / 6 ratapölkkyä yhteensä 22. Suurella ajotiellä on pysäköinti 6 autolle. Hemmottele tätä ammattimaisesti sisustettua rantakodia, josta on näkymät lahdelle kaikissa 3 kerroksessa, kannet ja terassit jokaisessa kerroksessa. Takapihalla on ULKOPUOLINEN PÖYTÄPÖYTÄ, PING PONG PÖYTÄ, hevosenkengät, iso kansi, jossa kauniisti, kaksi pöytää 12, 6 vuodesohvalla, ruostumaton kaasugrilli, laaja maisemointi ja kuuma / kylmä ulkosuihku. Talossa on posliinilattialattiat kaikkialla. Täysin kalustetussa keittiössä on graniittitasot, joissa on metrolaattojen backsplash aina kattoon saakka, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, päivitetyt astiat / ruokailuvälineet. Kaikissa vuoteissa on päivitetyt patjat. Kaikissa kylpyhuoneissa on päivitetyt suihkupäät.


    Mukavuudet :: Täysin kalustetussa keittiössä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut kodinkoneet, astianpesukone, hävitys, uuni, liesi, mikroaaltouuni), graniittitasot ja päivitetyt astiat. Muita ominaisuuksia ovat suuren kapasiteetin pesukone / kuivausrumpu, oma uima-allas (voidaan lämmittää lisämaksusta), Cabana-talo, LCD-TV kaikissa makuuhuoneissa, 55 'LCD-TV päärakennuksessa, lapsiystävällinen koti 2 pakkauksella ja leikkeillä, vauvaportit , ja syöttötuoli saatavana ilman lisäkustannuksia. We just wrapped up a great week at this house and it delivered for our whole group. Whether you're traveling with kids or adults, there is plenty to keep everyone entertained. The outdoor amenities were a big hit and the golf cart was a favorite with the younger kids.The space was perfect. Everyone had room to spread out and feel comfortable, which makes a big difference on a group trip. The location is great and you are right near the beach. I would highly recommend booking the daily chair setup as it makes the beach experience that much easier.Overall it was a fantastic week and I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking for a Destin getaway!

Location of the house is ideal. Easy walk across the street to the beach and pleasant walking to neighborhood eateries and attractions. The pool was great and the outdoor space was enjoyable. The living room was spacious and the dining area as well. The open concept first floor was conducive for our large group. The bedrooms were sufficient but we noticed that the electrical outlets in EVERY bathroom were inoperable. Don’t know if this is the result of not being GFCI outlets or not but it was unexpected and mildly annoying not being able to use hair tools in front of the vanity mirror. The management company was easily contacted and responded very quickly when we inquired about features. Additionally there was shattered glass on the fire pit one morning and they responded very quickly to assess the damage and communicate their action plans.

Plenty of room for our big group. Teenagers had a blast with all the amenities, especially the outdoor pool table! The hot tub and pool were a big hit as well. The beach was right there. Definitely recommend the chair service at the beach. It was so nice to have a spot everyone could come and go from. We also took advantage of the golf cart. It was fun to have it to buzz around on. The property was extremely clean and honestly just perfect! Thanks for the most amazing week!

This beach home is in an excellent location with easy access to the beach, shopping at Destin Commons, shopping at discount mall, and all things Destin. The host was very responsive to any issues and the information about check in and WiFi and amenities was easy and helpful. We heated the pool and used it on the cooler days. The pool table was a good activity as well. We had people staying in every bedroom and the cabana with ages from 60s to newborn. It was a great layout and very comfortable. The bedroom on the third floor is accessed by a winding staircase which was fun for the teenagers but would be difficult for older folks. It needs to be refurbished and spruced up but we enjoyed it and especially the location.

Really enjoyed this house, right across the street from beach access and the backyard was really fun with the fire pit, pool, and other amenities. Lots of space to spread out and the property managers were very responsive whenever we had issues.

This house was absolutely amazing. The owners and Host are out of this world. The pictures do not do the area or house Justice. I was blown away. It also has a two-bedroom home in the back. Did not even realize. The amenities are amazing and within walking distance to so much. We went in during the second week of November 2025 and would pick this house over and over every time. Perfect location, perfect amenities. Do not pass this house up, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Traveled with six adults and four kids.

We loved this house and the amenities it had to offer! Perfect for our entire family! Pool and hot tub was amazing, the pool table and ping pong table was a nice touch. The house was stocked perfectly in the kitchen. Se love the location, easy to get to the beach, quite area too. Our family will book here again! 10 out of 10! Had to call maintenance 2 times, not a big deal at all, they were very quick to respond.

Perfect house for our family. We used the outdoor space the most with the pool, hot tub, pool table, fire pit and outdoor eating grilling area. The host was wonderful and took care of minor issue quickly. Nice beach view and we used the smaller beach access across the street to set up our own tent. We really enjoyed this house and all it had to offer.

The property was everything we had expected and as advertised. We spent most of our time on the pool deck and enjoyed a round robin ping pong tournament that lasted the entire week. Communication with the property owner was great and there were absolutely no surprises, except for the beach area across the street. Thankfully we were here in the off season but still very small and cramped along with the green algae this week (not a deal breaker at all). Thanks to our hosts for making this an awesome vacation for all 12 of us, would definitely book again.

Overall, the house was fine and at a nice location (more on the beach access later). Lots of space downstairs for all the kids and family meals. However, the loft area was not useable, which was a pretty big problem. The ac unit was fighting for its life up there and the heat was oppressive--too hot for the two tweens that were going to stay up there. Plus, the open spiral metal staircase was extremely steep and unsafe. Kids and older folks could not get up and down safely. Even as a very fit adult I almost slipped myself. The kitchen spaces could have been cleaner. The cleaners did not take down party decorations from the previous guests and they did not put toilet paper in the bathrooms. (The hosts quickly remedied the toilet paper issue.) Our bed was missing a top sheet. The entry rug was filthy (see pic) and the air vents were filthy as well, which a quick wipe after each guest could easily solve (see pic). One of our family members sliced their hand on a metal panel on the door (see pics). I knew based on other reviews that there was limited beach space, but it was worse than anticipated, perhaps emphasized by the empty stretches of beach several hundred yards long on both sides of the tiny space that we could use that was off limits

The home is close to the beach, restaurants and stores. We rented the golf cart that is an additional charge with the home and used it frequently. In the evenings, the backyard was a great place to relax and enjoy time with family. The only thing that I didn’t care for, which was minor, was all the light that comes into the master bedroom from the street lights and sunlight. It made it hard to rest at times. If you are traveling with multiple families, the pool house is definitely a plus. We would rent this home again.
