THINGS TO KNOW:
* Beach chair service is available for rent from March 1st to October 31st. Personal beach chairs must be setup BEHIND the beach chair service. We provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to use (bring your own beach towels)
* Coin-Operated laundry facility directly across from the front door of this unit
*Tiki Bar and Pelican Beach Cafe are opened seasonally from March 1st to October 31st

Parking passes will be issued to all registered guests with a maximum of two vehicles per rental. Vehicles must display the pass on their windshield to be allowed entry.

Parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited and adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 years of age throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Guest found in violation are subject to eviction without refund.
