”Rooms don’t look anything like advertised online. The front desk staff was helpful with check in, but I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for questions regarding housekeeping and amenities. We did not have the promised umbrella and chair rental and were going to be charged extra for it. The staff at the restaurants are incredibly rude and seem bothered if you place an order. ”The rooms were very clean and the staff were accommodating. They do charge a minor parking fee of $5 per day and for water in the room ($3 for each water) if you’re not a Hilton member. The beach was also across the street, a 3 minute walk. Overall great stay and location!”

”Property was very clean and offered a nice poolside area w hot tub! Fantastic shopping area; however, even though I paid in full for 3 nights, I had to leave a day early for personal reasons, and they charged me $160 for early check out. I just didn’t understand why since I had already paid. ”

”We stayed 6 nights, we asked to clean room they did not. Then stopped at front desk ant 4th night and asked again to clean room then said we are cleaning after 3rd night. So they cleaned 5th day of our stay. First time saw that terrible cleaning service. Every day towels were replaced but toilet paper and soap was not replaced. We went down and asked toilet paper. Unprofessional.”

”Family friendly. Great pools. Parking was easy and all staff interacted with patience and were great. The lane for visitors is on the left side of the road but the place to check in is off to the right so very confusing with large amounts of traffic. Also no plug receptacles near either bed so I couldn’t plug in my CPAP.”

”This property was great for families. There are 2 pools, however the main one wasn’t as clean as the other. The room was good, however it would be better without the dated carpet. The free coffee on each floor was a nice touch, and the staff was friendly.”
