Sleeping Arrangements – Sleeps 14 (including infants)
* Main Bedroom (1st Floor): A luxurious King bed plus a daybed with a trundle. Features a Smart TV and a spacious closet.
* Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): A comfortable King bed plus a twin sleeper chair. Includes a Smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
* Bedroom 3 | The Bunk Room (2nd Floor): A magical space for kids with four built-in twin bunks under a ceiling of glowing stars and a moon. Comes with a Smart TV and Xbox for endless fun, plus an en-suite bathroom with a kid-friendly tub.
* Bedroom 4 (3rd Floor): A Queen bed with a twin overhead bunk, complete with its own Smart TV.
* Bedroom 5 (3rd Floor): A serene King bed with an attached bathroom, Smart TV, and a spacious closet.

Kitchen & Dining:
Cook with ease in the fully stocked chef's kitchen, featuring modern appliances and everything you need for family meals. A coffee bar with both drip and single-cup makers will start your mornings right. Gather around the dining table for 8, with extra seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.

- Driveway fits 3 vehicles MAX. There is a first come first serve overflow parking lot at the back of the complex.
- HOA prohibits all parking for commercial vehicles or equipment, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, golf carts, boats, or other water craft, trailers, stored vehicles or inoperable vehicles.
- Large 3 story home with two spacious decks just steps to the resort pool

Military:

Booking Requirements:
To finalize your reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement.

Property Access:
Please note this is a three story home with multiple stairs. There is no elevator available on the property.

Safety & Security:
For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located on the premises at the front door.

Local Wildlife:
Please note that our coastal environment is home to small animals and insects. While we have regular professional pest control, you may occasionally see or hear them in or around the house.

Pool Heating:
The community pool is heated seasonally during the following periods: March 1 - April 26; the week of Thanksgiving; the week of Christmas; and the week of New Year's.

Community Trolley to Beach Access:
Seasonal Beach Trolley available March 1-April 26; Weekend of Memorial Day through October. Information at the property.

Trash Pickup:
Trash pickup is on Tuesday and Friday. Please place bins at the street, if applicable to your stay.
