Yksikkö 105 - Platinum yksikkö täynnä auringonvaloa, itään näkymä päivitettyyn keittiöön

Islander Condo # 105 on East View, Platinum -yksikkö, jossa voi majoittua jopa 6 henkeä. Tämä laite on täydellinen, jos haluat olla lähellä uima-allasta ja et halua taistella portaita tai hissiä vastaan. Se on 50 metrin päässä uima-altaasta ja patio astuu ruohoon. Astu meidän trooppiseen paratiisiimme kätevästi, jotta pääset nopeasti ja helposti rannalle tai valitsemalla kaksi uima-allasta.

Keittiö on hiljattain remontoitu avoin baari, päivitetty kaapit, graniitti työtasot, GE ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet, iso kaksinkertainen ovi jääkaappi ja jää oven ja on täysin varustettu kaikki työkalut täyttämään ruoanlaitto tarpeisiin. Kerää ruokapöydän ympärille, johon mahtuu 6 tai rentoutua olohuoneessa, jossa on uusia huonekaluja, jotta voit katsella 47 tuuman Smart TV: tä, jossa on digitaalinen kaapeliyhteys ja Streaming Blue Ray -soitin. Asiakkaiden käytettävissä on queen-vuodesohva.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, uudet, modernit vuodevaatteet, uusi patja, uusi matto ja 32 tuuman televisio. Kylpyhuoneessa on päivitetty turhamaisuus, marmoriset työtasot ja suihkukaappi. Vierashuoneessa on 2 yhden hengen vuodetta, joissa on modernit kalusteet ja 27 tuuman televisio, jossa on Streaming Blue Ray -soitin ja DVD / VCR-yhdistelmä. Vieraskylpyhuone on päivitetty uudella turhamaisuudella, suihkulla ja marmorilla.

Nauti pohjakerroksen patiolta, josta on näkymät uima-altaalle ja shuffleboard-tuomioistuimelle.

I have a couple of recommendations.Unit 105- Needs light bulbs replaced in master bath. The filer screen on the kitchen faucet needs replacing.Unit 106- The receptacles on each side on the bed in the master bedroom need fixing or replaced. There are 2 plug ins on each but only 1 works on each.I have been coming to The Islander since 1988. I have had ground floor units several times. In the past it was always customary and out of curtesy that you were aloud to park one vehicle in front of your unit. It is obviously not the case now but it should be reconsidered. But all and all for myself and my family we had a wonderful stay and a great vacation

It is located on the beach and you are provided an umbrella and 2 chairs.There are 2 swimming pools and hot tubs.Tennis court available but is was too Hutto play.Waiting time for some restaurants was a hour to hour and half.Don't be in a hurry. Disappointed with Platinum Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at this exact same condo two years ago and could not believe how much it had run down. It was definitely not worth the platinum premium. Outlets that were loose from the wall, missing tiles, saggy worn out furniture, beds hard as rocks, cheap pillows, no dish drainer, no dishwasher cleaner, missing utensils, etc. To top it off we asked for a trash bags from the office (only had 2 bags for an 8 day visit) and were treated so badly by office you would have thought we were asking for gold.
