Yksikkö 108 - Walk Out Charming East View Gold -yksikkö

  • Islander Condo # 108 on East View, kultayksikkö, joka nukkuu jopa 6 hengelle. Vältä hissejä tämän pohjakerroksen kanssa. Astu meidän trooppiseen paratiisiimme kätevästi, jotta pääset nopeasti ja helposti rannalle tai valitsemalla kaksi uima-allasta.

    Päivitetty keittiö on täysin varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla. Kerää ruokapöydän ympärille, johon mahtuu 6 +, perheen tyyliin sopiva penkki ja kattotuuletin. Rentoudu olohuoneessa, jossa on sähkötakka, katsella 40 tuuman Smart TV: tä, jossa on digitaalinen kaapeliyhteys ja Blue Ray-soitin. Asiakkaiden käytettävissä on queen-vuodesohva.

    Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja 28 tuuman televisio. Kylpyhuone on hiljattain päivitetty uusilla kaappeilla. Vierashuoneessa on queen-vuode ja 28 tuuman televisio, jossa on DVD-soitin. Vieraskylpyhuone on päivitetty uusilla kaappeilla.

    Makuuhuoneissa on laatta, jossa on matto. Uima-allas ja Destinin ranta sijaitsevat kätevästi 1. kerroksen ulkoilualueen ulkopuolella, joka on muutaman askeleen päässä Destinin rannalta.

We were even sure about sitting on them. Other than that we had a great time during our stay and of course we love Alan at the beach! Always good to see him every visit. The east pool was great too. Plenty of towels, pillows, and the room was clean, beds were comfy and there was little to no noise when we wanted to sleep. The pool was kept at a perfect temp, and my kids enjoyed it! Couches probably need to be replaced they were kinda gross, but the overall appearance of the room was clean. Also in the guest bedroom there was something wrong with the outlets and the wires were crossed and it drained my daughters battery on her phone instead of charging it. We also couldn’t figure out how to get the lamps on. Minimal issue though. The room was great!We would definitely stay here again.

Small family vacation

First impressions, upon entering our unit we noticed that the whole place was not clean from the last visitors. It was evident that the cleaning lady left in the beginning stages of cleaning, we promptly reported this to the front desk who told us she already left for the day. The front desk woman was kind enough to come provide us with a bed change, fresh towels, and some free condo perch to help. She also refunded our cleaning fee for the stay and set up to have housekeeping come by the next day. I lucky read prior reviews and took cleaning supplies and trash bags for our stay. The overall experience was ok. The unit is dated and could use a really good cleaning and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms. We really enjoyed the location to the beach and the town.

Great location

Great location. You’re right by everything. It was extremely nice with four small children being able to step out of the back patio and you were just steps away from the pool. The walk to the beach is not bad either. The condo was very nice the only thing I suggest is the cleaning people do a little bit better cleaning the floors. Our feet were black five minutes of being there. Also, the smaller bedroom smells like cigarette smoke. Overall though, would stay again! Mainly for the convenience.

Easy great stay

We really enjoyed our time here. It is so great to be on the ground level. You cannot tell from the pictures, but the pool is RIGHT outside the sliding glass door. The kitchen is a little dated but is fully stocked and functional (except having a few spices like salt and pepper). Thanks for letting us stay!

The only negative thing we found was the utensils and the cookware in the kitchen, there was not much to use if you wanted to make your own meals.
