Yksikkö 312 - Kaunis näkymä satamasta ja auringonlaskusta

Islander Condo # 312 on West View, kultayksikkö, jossa voi yöpyä jopa 6 henkeä. Vältä hissejä, joilla on helppo pääsy pohjakerrokseen ja parkkipaikka portaiden l��heisyydessä huoneisto. Astu meidän trooppiseen paratiisiimme kätevästi, jotta pääset nopeasti ja helposti rannalle tai valitsemalla kaksi uima-allasta.

Keittiö on hiljattain remontoitu uusilla kaappeilla ja graniittitasoilla, ja se on varustettu kaikilla työkaluilla, jotka täyttävät ruoanlaittoon liittyvät tarpeet. Kerää ruokapöydän ympärille, jossa on 6 paikkaa, tai rentoutua olohuoneessa päivitetyllä kalustolla katsomaan 42 tuuman televisiota DVD-soittimen yhdistelmä- ja digitaalinen kaapeliyhteys. Voit lähteä omalle parvekkeelle ja katsella veneitä, jotka saapuvat satamaan ja poistuvat satamasta itäisen passin läpi tai yhden henkeäsalpaavan auringonlaskun ilta voi tarjota.

Great place!

This place was everything we wanted and more! Had quick access to the beach, 2 pools, access to a laundry area, located around many restaurants, target and Winn Dixie are within a mile, I could go on and on about how great this place was! Already looking at further dates to book our next family vacation here! Also, the movie night by the pool was a hit for our family!

Great place!

Our family really enjoyed this property during our time in Destin. It was extremely clean and is a very short walk to the beach. There are activities each day at the condo which our kids enjoyed (painting, DJ by pool, movie night by pool, etc). The balcony also has a great view of the firework show!

1st time to Destin

We wanted something close to the beach. This was it. This is literally right on the beach, very easy to pack an infant back and forth. Also this room has a pool view. Perfect for checking on the older kids. Will stay here again no doubt!

Another Wonderful Week

Our 5th year in Destin and 3rd at this location. ALWAYS a wonderful time. This particular unit had carpet throughout (which was a big hit with the fam). Cool things daily on site for the kiddos, special crafts, painting, live music and movies by the pool! Will be our go to spot for years to come.

Relaxing Getaway with Room for Small Improvements

We stayed for 12 days and overall had a great experience at this vacation rental in Destin. The location was fantastic, and we especially appreciated the included beach chairs and umbrella—such a nice touch. The functioning icemaker was also a huge plus and saved us from having to buy ice during our stay.That said, there were a couple of hiccups. We had to call maintenance to unclog the sink in the master bedroom, and unfortunately, the cleaning crew missed a pretty unpleasant mess in the spare room with the twin beds—someone had thrown up behind the door and across the entryway, and we had to request a cleanup after checking in. Also, for a 12-day stay, only being provided two trash bags (and one more when we asked) felt a bit stingy. We ended up buying our own, which was a minor inconvenience.Despite those small issues, we loved our time here and would definitely consider staying again. The comfort, location, and beach amenities made it a relaxing getaway.

Great Beach Apartment

Our stay was very enjoyable! The entire place was very clean upon arrival. The beds were all very comfortable except for the pull out in the couch. I would recommend future guests bring an air mattress or sleep on the couch instead. There were plenty of towels for 6 people, but not enough trash bags or toilet paper, so bring your own! The front desk was super helpful and the building comes with carts to help you unload your car. The beach was a short walk past the pool and the beach chairs were always available for us during the day. Plenty of amazing restaurants around 3 miles away (short Uber ride). There’s also a grocery store and a target a mile up the road. Overall, great stay!!!

Although Destin is cooler than all other Florida destinations we have experienced it makes up for that with it’s beauty and atmosphere. The colors in 312 are warm and it is nicely decorated. Please note there are no grab bars in the bathrooms and the living area carpet needs a good shampooing. We would highly recommend the “Islander” to our friends and are looking forward to coming there in the future. Sorry to report we forgot to remove the sheets and pillowcases from the king bed hope this doesn’t give us a bad mark.

Enjoyable Stay

We have nothing to complain about in terms of the condo itself. It was very clean and the property was nice and well maintained. The condo was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and we liked the fact there were beach essentials in the room if we needed them, which we didn't. The check in/check out process was quick and easy. The only thing was the noise late at night when people would blast their music. However, we just laughed it off and slept through it. We would stay here again.

A marvelous stay, which exceeded expectations.

This stay was everything we had hoped for, and much more. The beautiful comfortable condo was stocked with everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect, very close walk to the beach, and beautiful water views from the balcony - perfect for meals and after-dinner drinks. Convenient grounds with two heated pools, two hot tubs, grills, and a gym - for the times we weren't at the actual beach. Restaurants are able to deliver to the lobby, if you want to avoid crowds. Concierge available 24/7 for checking in and any questions you may have. We absolutely hope to return and stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My only complaint with our unit is the pantry was so full with kitchen essentials, that we had no room to store food, paper products etc. We had to put things on the counter and top of refrigerator which then limited our counter space.
