  • Islander Condo # 409 on East View, kultayksikkö Silver Rate, joka nukkuu jopa 6 hengelle. Astu meidän trooppiseen paratiisiimme kätevästi, jotta pääset nopeasti ja helposti rannalle tai valitsemalla kaksi uima-allasta.

    Keittiö on täysin varustettu graniitti työtasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet ja kaikki työkalut täyttämään ruoanlaitto tarpeisiin. Kerää ruokapöydän ympärille, johon mahtuu 6 tai rentoutua olohuoneessa, jossa on lepotuoli, katsella 42 tuuman televisiota, jossa on digitaalinen kaapeliyhteys ja DVD-soitin. Asiakkaiden käytettävissä on queen-vuodesohva.

    Makuuhuoneessa on uusi sviitti, jossa on king-size-vuode ja 27 tuuman HD / LCD-TV / DVD-yhdistelmä. Kylpyhuone on äskettäin päivitetty uudella kaksinkertaisen pesuallas turhamaisuus, graniitti työtasot, ja kävellä suihku. Vierashuoneessa on 2 yhden hengen vuodetta ja 19 tuuman televisio, jossa on DVD / VCR-yhdistelmä. Vieraskylpyhuone on päivitetty uudella työtasolla ja suihkulla.

    Voit lähteä omalle parvekkeelle ja katsella veneitä, jotka saapuvat satamaan ja poistuvat satamasta itäisen passin läpi tai yhden henkeäsalpaavan auringonlaskun ilta voi tarjota.

Great Beach Getaway

The property was very clean and the room was perfect for our family! The double rooms with bunk beds & Queen bed was the best fit for our boys. The 2 bathrooms were exceptional too, and it gave us plenty of room for our crew. The master suite with a memorable view of the beach was amazing. The pictures of the property were absolutely correct with the updated renovations. My favorite part was the walk in shower.

Short walk to the beach, very family friendly. Loved that two chairs and an umbrella were reserved everyday for you. The front desk staff were short staffed, so there weren't many kids activities, but Kendall was so nice and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Elevators were a maintenance nightmare and got down to one working, which is ridiculous with that many units.

The owners were in the middle of some upgrades, but that did not affect our stay at all. I ran down early on the towel exchange day (Tuesday) and the door was still closed, a staff member, who had not even punched in yet for her shift and quickly set her stuff down, said “please let me help you” and exchanged my towels. Again I was 15 mins early and expected to wait. The staff is friendly and property was clean. The man in charge of the pool area takes great pride in his work. The carts make unloading and loading a breeze.

The unit itself needs many updates. The couches and beds need to be replaced. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable and the pillows need to be replaced as they were very worn. The couches are very old, dirty and smelly. The carpet in the bedroom is very old and dirty. The outlets need replacing and the balcony furniture is very old and uncomfortable. This would be a very nice unit if the above issues were addressed. The Islander is in a very nice location. Until the issues of this unit are addressed, I don't recommend staying here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upen arrival, our room was not ready, so we enjoyed the beach and pool. The overall upkeep of the place was good. I watched a man every morning cleaning the pool area (spraying it off, raking the sand area, scooping out BBQ pits) and witnessed them cleaning the elevators and common areas multiple times. The workers were all very friendly and courteous. I liked how two chairs and an umbrella were included with our stay and Allen was always offering to help lug things on and off the beach. This place is very conveniently located to many grocery stores and restaurants. The condo we chose was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Everything was in working order. I was surprised to see that there was no washer and dryer in the unit, but it was a short walk to the washateria area and that was very clean and well kept. The only thing I didn’t like was the carpet in the master bedroom. It felt a little old, but other than that the condo was spacious and we really enjoyed our time here.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at The Islander for the past 6 or 7 years with my sister and brother in law and love it! We have also stayed in 409 several of those but this time there were several things they were not up to standard. I mentioned them when we checked out. We had to ask for a towel bar in guest bath. Pantry door comes off hinges. Blinds in mast bedroom don’t all work. Also, we called when my sister snd I got to town snd was told room wasn’t ready but we would be called and we were not. Finally at about 4:30 I think, we called and there was no note to call us. We had to unload in a monsoon rain storm!

From the first moment of Maggie, at the front desk with her cordial welcoming throughout our stay to Alan, the guy who had our umbrellas out by 7:30 and continually asked if we needed anything when we were out by the beach. His job was hot and hard in that hot sun.

The staff was super helpful, we did have some issues with sinks and showers not draining but it was reported to the front desk and maintenance came and addressed the issues the very next day and after that everything worked great! I absolutely loved the morning activities and my daughter did as well. On the drive home I was already looking at reserving at the Islander for next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVE coming to The Islander. Landscaping is always beautiful, views are exceptional. Unit 409 needed some TLC. Master bath sink drains did not drain, guest bathroom cabinet has waterrot at bottom on toilet side, the kitchen faucet was loose. I feel overall the unit was "clean", but i would recommend removing the carpet in master bedroom and replacing the couch. I will still come to the Islander but would choose a different unit.

Furniture is very old and uncomfortable and also dirty. Slow running drain in the sink. Place is not cheap so please invest some money in it.

We will definitely come back. I do wish there would have been some toys in the room for the kids to use at the beach, some buckets and shovels. I also wish the pool would have been open later than 10pm. But overall, had a great time!

Nice place in a busy area with lots of activities

The facility was nice and clean. I thought the upholstered furniture was a little dingy. The bedspreads could have been nicer - they seemed a little worn and faded but appeared clean and smelled clean. We had everything we needed for the kitchen and bathrooms and bedrooms as far as appliances, dishes, cookware, etc The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The laundry rooms were nice and clean. The pools are nice. The activities each day were an enjoyable expected surprise for our you g daughter (crafts, airbrush tattoos, live music) We were very happy with our stay and the area.

The view was spectacular!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent 29 days here with my family and I definitely did not want to leave. The view from our balcony was spectacular and it was great to wake up to every morning. The staff was amazing. We had no issues with anyone. The whole property itself is well maintained. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The condo itself requires some updating here and there. The rugs in the kitchen and living room need to be removed or replaced for new ones. The king size bed in the master bedroom was a bit uncomfortable but doable. Some of the wall plugs were coming off the wall which can become dangerous especially with little ones. The upgrade in the kitchen and master bedroom bathroom is beautiful! Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. This condo had everything I needed for my family and I loved how it was right by the elevator so I didn’t have to walk far. I would definitely come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I have stayed with my sister and brother in law for about 7 years now. We love it there and have recommended several people. We did have a few issues this time. Got a late checkout and manager failed to tell us our keys needed attention. Got locked out! House keeping busted in to clean while we were there since it wasn't documented. Didn't even knock. House keeping was not wearing gloves while handling all towels etc. Didn't seem safe during this season. Bathrooms at pool are almost never clean and don't have soap.

They cleaned the condo right before 4pm we waited after 13 hours driving

We arrived 2 pm they told us after 3 pm the thing bothered us the most is that they cleaned it at 4pm and when we get in to the cleaning crew was still there so obviously they did not touch the property until that time. All they did was mopping the floors. After they left we cleaned it again and I can’t even explain how dirty it was. Our baby is crawling and his knees were pitch black from the dirt. We have to spent entire day and the following day to clean the property. Carpets and under the carpets were so dirty (never been cleaned it seems like) They tell us the check out by 10 but then they don’t clean until 4 pm which is not fair. We arrived 2pm wanted to pay extra hour and checking in early but could not get in until 4 pm and when we did get in cleaning crew was just leaving and I can tell all they did was mopping the floor. No desenfection to the floors or counter tops or the bathrooms. Overall it was unpleasant experience for us with our 14 months old baby.

First time traveling to Florida and we will definitely be back.

Reviewer Comments: the staff was wonderful, the location was great, the unit itself was adequate but the dining table needs to be out of there. 2 chairs are not fit to sit on for fear of breaking. the carpet under the table could be removed to enhance unit.
