  • Tervetuloa rannalle!

    Yksikön 203 vieraat tervehtivät kauniin rannan omistajan maalattu seinämaalaus. Muut ainutlaatuiset taideteokset löytyvät koko laitteesta.
    Graniitti työtasot, hymyilevä valas ja mielenkiintoinen sammakko ovat keittiön ominaisuuksia.
    Olohuoneen punainen, keltainen ja musta värimaailma korostuvat dramaattisesti kauniilla turkkilaisella matolla. Utelias pelikaani pitää silmän tarkkailun huoneen yli.

    Kevyt, ilmava makuuhuone on täydellinen paikka rentoutua kiireisen päivän jälkeen rannalla. Viereisessä kylpyhuoneessa rannalla olevien ihmisten karikatyyrejä ja "Kauneus kuningattaren evoluutio" tuovat varmasti hymyn.
    Tämä yksikkö sijaitsee lähellä rakennuksen länsipäätä, joten voit rentoutua varjossa ja nauttia henkeäsalpaavista varhain aamulla auringonnousuista sekä upeista Persianlahden ja rannan näkymistä. Läheiset portaat mahdollistavat nopean pääsyn rannalle - vain muutaman askeleen päässä!

Amazing hospitality, they left us a bottle of champagne and a cheesecake for our anniversary. Amazing place. Great view, very quiet and clean. Short drive to all of the good restaurants and shops in the area. We didn’t want to leave! We will be returning. Thanks again.

We loved our stay at Unpack and Unwind! The balcony had beautiful views and we even saw some dolphins. The beach chairs and umbrella were a bonus. We even extended our stay an extra day. We will be back!

Nice property. The only issue I had was kitchen pans weren’t very good, and there were no cookie sheets. Otherwise, a very nice property right on the beach. Loved the view from our room.

The condo was very clean with comfortable furnishings. The beach chair service was a great bonus. This unit on the second floor was next to the stairs just steps from the beach. It was only a short drive to restaurants and activities. The Holiday Surf and Racquet Club was very well maintained and safe. We would definitely stay at this complex and this condo again.

Run down...

Unit 203 needs serious attention. Trash in room when we entered, chunks of wall missing, mattress on sofa bed is about 2 inches thick and falls through springs when you lay on it. Jenky shower head with shotty pressure and even worse hot water supply. Weird looks like hand cut out sticker decorations in bathroom, they changed the beach chair procedure twice while we were there, the balcony screen door is really hard to open because of the disintegrating frame, the rub they describe in listing is actually filthy and matted to itself on ends, the beach and water had tons of trash washing up and hitting you in legs while in water. Because the beds both suck(bedroom one is hard and leaves you feeling bruised) we never had a good nights sleep. I have photos of everything detailed here so hit me up! Don't stay here!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check-in process is UNPLEASANT! I have been coming to HSaR for over 20 years and checking in has become very unfriendly in the last few years. I called about 11:30am to see if our unit was ready early. The man told me that there was no way he could check to see but sometimes guests are allowed to check in after 1pm if the unit is ready. So we arrive at 1:30 to find that the office is closed until 2pm for a meeting which he neglected to tell us about. We decide to wait the 30 minutes... only staff doesn't return until 3:30 and no one answers the number we were instructed to call. Customer service seems to be the least important factor. Many other vacation management companies are willing to contact the incoming guests with a simple text or email when/if their unit becomes available earlier than 4pm. It could a win/win situation if you would do that. Guests would feel special and be excited. I am quite sure that I am not the only person "wasting time" in Destin waiting to check in. And it would alleviate the rush at 4pm when everyone is trying to check-in. I don't see any down-side to doing this. Some management companies even request the clean-up company to try to complete the units with bookings first so that they can charge the guests 1/2 a night if the unit is available and the customer check-in is before 12 noon. That is "free money" for you. the unit is ready and sitting there empty. Why not capitalize on it! Put a clause in the rental contract "Please do not call and request your unit early. IF it is ready, we will notify you and offer early check-in for an additional fee of half of a one-night fee."

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were to stay in unit 203 for 30 days we asked to be moved after 12 days, due to constant construction around us.The staff were accommodating and allowed us to relocate to unit 109. So far All is good.This experience rating is given midway thru our stay.

Reviewer Comments: The property location is excellent. it is on Holiday isle in residential area on the beach yet only a short drive to restaurants, grocery and gas. Beach Service is excellent. Property is secure and quiet. Very enjoyable stay.
