  • Villa Blanco on suurin kotiin Holiday Isle. On oma laituri, in-kotiteatteri, yksityinen in-kentällä allas, ja kaikki kellot ja pillit, "Villa Blanco" ylittää odotukset jokaisen vuokraaja.

    Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa "Villa Blanco" käsittää suurimman osan kodin viihde tiloihin. 14-paikkainen elokuvateatteri Bose surround ja stadionin istuimet makuuasentoon nahka tuolit on täydellinen tilaa rentoutumiseen. Kylpyhuone suuri suihkukaappi palvelujen teatteri. Eteneminen kautta turvatarkastus-Breezeway vieraat löytävät kodin pelihuone sivuun ja laaja uima-allas ja telakka toiselle. Peli huoneessa biljardipöytä, shakki pöytä, poikkipinta sohva, taulutelevisio, ja baarikeittiö. Altaan reunalla on täydellinen ulkona baari, tuolit, palmuja, 16 X 35 "allas, ja poreallas. Pyöristys ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kolme kerrossänky huonetta, kuningas makuuhuone, ja pesutupa.

    Toisessa kerroksessa kodin taloa suurin osa virallista elintilaa, runsaasti kuilu näkymä terassit, Queen Suite, ja vaikuttava Master asuintiloista. Keittiö ominaisuuksia ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet kuten Thermador Professional kaasuliesi, Sub-Zero jääkaappi, jääntekokone, kaksi astianpesukoneet, kaksi lämpeneminen laatikkoa, ja roska puristin. Kaksi apukeittiöt palvelu iso keittiö. Perinteinen Ruokasali on käsin maalattu seinämaalaus seinät ja katot, pyöreä pöytä, johon mahtuu kahdeksan, ja ikkunat, joista avautuu näkymä Meksikonlahdella. Lisäistuimia on saatavilla kymmenen vastakkaisella puolella keittiö, ruokailutila lähin olohuoneessa. Olohuoneessa baarikeittiö, iso taulutelevisio, flyygeli, kuilu näkymät, ja takka. Pois avoin olohuone antaa kolme parveketta. Jokainen parveke tarjoaa erilaisen näkökulman - joidenkin näkymät Holiday Isle ja laguunin toiset keuliminen kauniit näkymät lahdelle. Suuri parveke edessä omaisuuden tarjoaa ulkoterassi ja esteetön näköala koru pehmentänyt Gulf. Kaksi ekspansiivinen parveke takana omaisuuden on näköala laguunin ja suuri, yksityinen uima-allas.

    Myös sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa, Master Quarters mahtuu kaksi king-vuode, taulutelevisio, ja elektroninen verhot, jotka osa paljastaa esteetön näköala lahdelle. Master sviitissä oleskelualue, jossa asiakkaat voivat levätä ja nauttia upeista näkymistä läpi lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat. Ylenm��äräinen elämäntapa kulkeutuu Master Quarters kaksi Master kylpylä. His-ja-häntä tilat tarjoavat massiivinen vaatehuone, poreallas, kaksi stand-alone suihku (joista yksi on höyrysuihku), taulutelevisio, bidee, ja täysi pesutupa. Pois pesutupa on kuningatar äiti-in-law suite.

    Kolmannessa kerroksessa Estate asuu kolme kuningas sviittiä, kaksi queen sviittiä, ja lisäksi parveke tilaa. Kolmas kerros viihde-alueella paikkainen kahdeksan, taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin, baarikeittiö, ja oma parveke.

    Yksityistä laituria ja veneilyvesistö mahdollistaa telakointi veneen ulottuu jopa 52 "syvä laguuni! Alueella on myös veneen nosto ja tilaa telakointi vesiskootterit tai muita pieniä veneitä.

    Allas voidaan lämmittää lisämaksusta.

Beach celebration

We had 23 people staying at this house to celebrate my son’s wedding which took place on the beach at John Beasley park. This house was perfect for our gathering of friends and family and was nice having our own spaces with many bathrooms! We had the pool heated for our stay and it was very nice! Our weather was beautiful!

This house was clearly built with luxury in mind. It was pristine and clean, there were more refrigerators for guests than I could count, so many details and extras that nothing was overlooked, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we had ever slept in. They even had child safety pool safety alarms on all the doors that led to the pool area. I cannot possibly recommend this house any more for large groups that need a place to stay. It is definitely worth the cost!

Beautiful Property

This was our second visit to this amazing home! It is perfect for large families to stay in one place together. There were a few issues (hole in ceiling dripping), (AC set to go on 82 at night), (one bedroom extremely hot) that took a lot of time with the management company to get handled but they made it right at the end of the trip.

Really Nice House.

This property is luxury, but homely. Totally a 10 after learning how to use "all" the lights. Steps from beach and all the appliance you'll ever need.

Its def a huge house with an amazing pool. Great location. Needs a deep clean. There was an inspector there to make sure everything was done, but wasn't thorough. We had to have them come and sweep a whole floor that wasn't touched. Grill was not up to par for a house that big and so many people. Also wasn't cleaned. Pool wasn't cleaned. They came back to clean grill and pool but wasn't much better. Ice maker on 2nd floor didn't work they were suppose to fix but never did. A/C on 2nd floor was not working properly ever. They did come and get it to work a little better, but was always warmer on that floor. Maintenance was out almost every day for something. I will say Five Star was right on it though. Never hesitated to send someone. Was an amazing property, just disappointed in the upkeep. Also, smoke alarm kept going off due to battery and ceilings were high. Never did come and replace and reinsert. All in all it was still a great vacation. Just needs a little TLC.

Wonderful place for friends and family to gather!!

Friends and family gathering for a small intimate beach wedding. Everyone was able to hang out together as well as have their own space for privacy. Each floor came complete with gathering space and coffee makers. TVs galore throughout the house!! And the movie theater was our favorite! Highly recommend this property and Five Star Properties is a jewel to work with, always going above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable!

Holiday Family Fun

The house was extraordinary… Plenty of room for everyone to have a grand time with many things to do. The kitchen was fun to cook in and well supplied we did have a bit of problems lighting the gas burners. The location was great… steps from the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk and many restaurants etc. We did have a major complaint with the pool heat which we paid an extra $600 for but it never warmed up enough for even our hardy northerners to be able to swim in it and the company wouldn’t budge on a reimbursement which was a big disappointment. Overall a wonderful place to spend our Family Christmas!

Beautiful Property .... But Not What We Expected

We loved the home! However, there are several things that need to be addressed 1. We were led astray with regard to the floor plan. Your company does not provide a floor plan on your website so we had to go by “your word”. It was definitely not communicated to us that there were sleeping accommodations for 26 people on the first floor and only 2 bathrooms to service 26 people. We were led to believe there were televisions in every bedroom, 2 bedrooms did not have tvs. We were led to believe there were bathrooms in every room, there were not. Sharing 2 bathrooms between 26 people with one of the bathrooms only accessible to the King/Twin bunk room was inhumane. Basically there were 20 people sharing 1 bathroom which was absolutely disgusting and definitely not conducive to our needs. 2. The Theater room was inoperable and it took 8 telephone calls to finally get someone to come out and fix the screen the day before we left. 3. The maintenance guy entered the property without knocking and they were indisposed and startled by the stranger standing in front of them. 4. We were unable to lock several of the doors which made people feel very uncomfortable. 5. the utensils and pots and pans in the Villa Blanco were extremely low budget which made it very hard to prepare food for such a large group. The cookware in this home needs to be upgraded desperately and immediately.

Wow!

Four families stayed here for Spring Break. Amazing property. Huge! Luxury! Massive kitchen. Amazing pool and hot tub. Very close to beach across the street. Massive garage with lots of beach toys and supplies. Movie theater room was amazing. Nothing bad to say - this place is remarkable.

Mixed Review January 2016

Since the build in 2003 of this home it has weathered. While it is one of the largest homes on Holiday Isle in Destin. It has several issues that you will deal with. All doors and windows are wood cased and are swollen from the moist environment. Several will not lock and others are stuck shut. Wile staying at the home is impressive she the property shows its age with molded docks, cracked tiles, broken fence with caution tape, doors that are stuck shut, air conditioners that did not work that had service people there until 11PM at night and a fireplace that did not work. Outside of the above mentioned issues the house is amazing. The pool heat was a disaster the pool guy could not get it right for days. Finally we got heat for 3-4 days then the day before we left he showed up and shut it off. This canceled our last night ability to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Had several communication issues with the staff at 5 star however if not for one lady in particular and her help it would have been a total disaster. The person that met us at the property did not follow up on anything she communicated. And one final note there is one bedroom on the floor plans you can not use. The description of this property says 6 bedrooms and on the floor plans there are 7 bedrooms. - you only get to use 6 as in the description. One bedroom is off limits and locked.

Got married here

I got married here and but couldn't have been more beautiful! l only had 40 people and would recommend the same if not smaller. It is important to report any damage right away as the maintenance people are great at coming immediately. I am in love with this home!!!

Villa Blanco Extraordinary!

We absolutely loved the Villa. Amazing & Beautiful. If it is not sold, we will be back next year. The property was perfect for us, we had a great time and had a Chef come in one night and cook dinner. We had about 22 people and someone from the Home Owners Association came over and told us we could not park on the street (some were on the side-walks). He was very nice and pointed to a house that was not being occupied and told us we could park in their drive-way. The only "down-fall" about the whole experience was the parking. We moved some cars to a different location (I think it was a Walgreen's?)
