Set directly on the Destin Harbor on Holiday Isle, this entire home offers a waterfront setting paired with private, gated beach access just a short walk away. Spanning more than 4,000 square feet across three levels, the layout provides room to spread out while staying connected. An in-home elevator serves all floors, and large windows throughout frame harbor and Gulf views, keeping the outdoors close at hand.



Living spaces

The main living level centers around a welcoming gathering area with an indoor fireplace, built-in entertainment center, and a cocktail bar with ice maker. Nearby, the dining space is suited for shared meals, while the kitchen offers ample room for home cooking and casual conversation. WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed, without pulling you away from the relaxed pace of the setting.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms, with multiple beds arranged to host families or groups comfortably. The primary suite occupies the upper level and includes a spacious bathroom, walk-in closet, office area, morning kitchen, and access to private balconies. A guest suite on the first floor features its own living area, full bath, and direct access to the pool and harbor. Additional sleeping space is thoughtfully arranged to support group stays without crowding.

Outdoor living

Outside, the harborfront setting takes center stage. A private pool sits alongside the water, with seasonal heating available for a fee, and a covered lounge area invites relaxed afternoons by the harbor. Two deep-water boat slips offer direct harbor access. Above it all, the rooftop deck opens wide views across the water, creating an ideal spot to start or end the day. Beach access is private and gated, reserved for Holiday Isle homeowners and guests, with beach essentials provided for easy outings.



Amenities and extras

The home includes air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and TVs throughout. Pets are welcome, with a fee, and a pack ’n play is available for little ones.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The property is located on Holiday Isle and features private beach access to the community beach in Destin that lays between the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin harbor. Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida is known for its gated beachfront access with limited access to our Holiday Isle homeowners and guests. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer.
