”Check in was easy. The place was immaculate and everything worked. However, the kitchen was sparse on amenities. No foil or food wrap, no tea kettle, no cooking oil, etc. Also, it would have been nice to have a spare blanket, Kleenex and other thoughtful touches That set apart a rental.”

”We LOVED this place. Enough space for 5 people and it was so cute and clean. Hot water lasted, air conditioner was cold, has a washer, drier, and dishwasher, and everything worked. Seems like its far from the french quarter but its really not and its easy to get anywhere from there. Theres a really nice grocery store only a couple blocks down the road. There is a bar next door but we had no issues and couldn't even hear anything from it. I would definitely stay here again! Wonderful host too!...

”Clean and as described. No issues. Would stay again.”

”The space was exactly what we were looking for as a family of 3. We loved that the place came with a closed in yard so that our 1 year old could play outside. We were in a quiet neighborhood, even during the 4th of July weekend. We never had any reason to feel unsafe, but we did utilize the locks on...

”The place was great. The bed was comfortable. A washer and dryer. Good internet. The only issue for me is that the neighborhood is a bit rough. As long as you have a good sense of personal security, it is fine. If you are a fearful person, this place might be a challenge for you.”

”Loved our stay at the Pelican Suite. Brandi the host was terrific. Quick response time and very helpful. The apartment was lovely and it is a great location. ”
