Me and my partner were expecting a nice stay, we booked for the jacuzzi suite. We got there and the floors in our room were super dirty. No problem we went to the desk and asked if they can sent housecleaning which they did. After a few hours, we went to go start our jacuzzi and the hotel room had NO HOT WATER. No water at all actually. I called front desk and they insisted there was nothing they could do until another manager got in and the pipes were frozen. Not my problem and I paid extra just for the room. The fact that they let us book that room knowing the pipes were frozen is so wrong. I paid an extra $60 just so I can stay in a jacuzzi room just to be told they couldn’t do anything for us and had to put us in a standard room. What we thought would be a romantic night turned into the worse. no amenities and the hotel definitey does not look like the pictures. I will not be staying here again and trying to get a refund for my money which I still haven’t, along with a $50 deposit. This stay was so upsetting
