Unfortunately, even after attending g at the registration desk at 12:30 pm to inform front clerk that we would be arriving after 11:00 pm, we were told it wouldn't be an issue. No need to check in earlier. (I did complete the online check-in sent 24 hours ahead of date).
When we arrived at the property about midnight, we had to knock hard on lobby doors several times; there was no entry buzzer/intercom, and no one was answering my cell phone calls directly to the front desk.
A staff person, night clerk?, was finally walking through the lobby and helped us enter. We were told we were getting the "last available" room in the building.
By now it was close to 12:30 a.m. There were no towels, soaps, any type of glasses or coffee maker in the room. Which, incidentally was a suite , and one would have expected it to be set up with kitchenware and extra bedding.
We were happy to leave early the next morning.
