Wayne State Great Short Stay

The location was great if you want to be by Wayne State. Easy walk to campus. Overall a good experience, easy self entry and property owner was communicative. My only complaint is the back bedroom, their are water drainage pipes for the entire house that go through this room. Every time anyone upstairs or downstairs uses the restroom to shower, flushed the toilet or used the sink, you heard a gush of water going through the room.

This is a nice property however, during our stay the upstairs neighbor had a party which kept several of us up until after 2:00 a.m. Also when neighbors use their water especially in the bathroom it’s very loud in the bedrooms. Just an fyi if you book here.

Great Location and Attentive Host!

This is the cutest little lower-level apartment in a great location. The pictures do not do this place justice! We did have a few issues but the Host was very attentive and prompt with their responses. Deja was amazing! I am in the travel business and I know that being able to rectify issues and make customers happy is important. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend stay at Woodbridge

We had a small family get away for our sons birthday it easily and very comfortably fit us and our 4 young boys. It’s close to a grocery store a dollar store and gas station and also very close to downtown which was very convenient for us. This apt came equipped with everything we needed and was very clean and very well put together as pictured. A few minor things did need to be addressed as far as maintenance but over all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for a cozy get away.

Basement apartment, loved the brick.

Nice cozy apartment very clean, a few things were broke in bathroom, towel rack off and under sink, toilet roll thing was hanging and toilet seat was loose I tighten it up a couple of times but didn’t stay tight. Comfy beds cute lay out.

Nice, roomy, cozy, great location.

I was at bit concerned at first that it would be chilly as a lower level unit; not at all a problem. Quite spacious, clean, could easily manage 6 people. Added bonus is in-unit laundry! About a mile to Downtown Detroit, museums, Fox, lots of cool restaurants, eyed. Felt safe and secure. Deja was a responsive, proactive host. Minor gripe: no dish towel. I dislike going through so many paper towels.

Nice place, exactly as advertised

Stayed at Deja’s place with my brother when we went to Detroit for the Thanksgiving Day football game between the Lions and the Bills. Clean, exactly as advertised, good communication. Wifi didn’t work at first-I messaged Deja-she solved the problem right away. Ceiling a little low in places. Didn’t bother me and I am 6’1”. Someone 6’4” or taller might bump their head in one or two places. Will look for this place again if I come back to Detroit.

Close to Everything

Arrived and had trouble with the door locks. Contacted Deja and she rectified the problem immediately. The unit was neat, comfortable and very clean. Walked to a nearby pub and had a great time. I was less than 5 minutes from downtown Detroit and the Motown Museum. I’ll be renting this unit again next summer.

Beautiful place/ Great neighborhood

The place is wonderful! The communication with Deja was extremely easy! She is very quick to respond to any questions you may have. The property is very clean and comfortable. It has anything you would need. The street is very quiet despite being midtown. The area is super cute! Lots of restaurants and coffee spots. It was just blocks away from the new Third Man Record store and pressing plant. Easy access to the highway. We really enjoyed this place and we will definitely stay again!

This is a nice property. Located minutes away from downtown. Unique restaurants, coffee shops and more in walking distance.
