The space
Not interested in going out? Cook a meal at home in the fully equipped chef's kitchen. Enjoy eating your culinary creation or watch a movie surrounded by the glow of the dual sided indoor fireplace separating the dining and main living room.

On select nights, listen from the comfort of the front or back patio to the live music wafting through the air from the downtown Centennial Commons park or the Royal Hotel. Both host free concerts during the summer and offer other family friendly events year round.

All bedrooms are on the upper floor.

The master bedroom comes equipped with a king-size bed, fireplace, and spa like bathroom.
Attached guest bedroom number two has a king-size bed, fireplace, kitchenette, and spacious bathroom.
The third bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and private bath.

There is a half bath, fold out queen-size couch, and an additional oversized sofa on the main floor.
Guest access
All parts of the home will be accessible except for locked rooms in the basement.
Other things to note
The home is equipped with security cameras and keyless entry.

PET POLICY
We love our pets, and up to 2 well-behaved pets per visit are welcome for an additional $100 flat fee per stay.
All pets must be house trained and kept off ALL furniture and bedding.
Per local ordinance, pets must be leashed at all times when outside the home.
Pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in garbage can outside of home.
All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their their pets.

SMOKING POLICY
This is a NO smoking home. Any evidence of smoking (of any kind) in the home (smell, etc) will be subject to a minimum $600 charge.
