HONEST & THOROUGH REVIEW:I hope it will help Owner/Management make this a 5-STAR all around place, because it could be with some VERY EASY updates. I stayed for 3 weeks after hip surgery. Location—PERFECT! The house set-up for me —PERFECT. It was clean. It was stocked with all basics. Tons of linens and dishes. All basic appliances (fridge is really loud—believe it’s going out). Nice Management staff. They should request ID sooner/upon booking.Here’s where updates are REALLY needed:One TV — can’t imagine this for a larger group. As others have mentioned— one lamp in living room (with yellow bulbs). So dark. Desperately needs a standing lamp in corner next to TV. No futon or spa/hot tub feature. THE FURNITURE IS THE MAJOR PROBLEM! Replace 4 wobbly dining chairs (1 arm is hanging off). Replace 2 broken chairs and bench in living room. Sofas are so bad my therapist said I couldn’t sit on them. Zero support — down to wood/metal. ALL of my visitors talked about how terrible the furniture felt. Kind of embarrassing. There wasn’t anywhere for my Mom to sit— a senior. I used the office chair. The mattress on lower level needs replacing. I had to sleep in the center of bed (sides are sagging), and I ordered a bed pad from Target to help. I didn’t see upstairs rooms. Replace fallen wallpaper. Spot clean walls and doors for prints and windows/ceiling/sky light for spider webs.I 100% would stay again, BUT only if furniture replaced. Potential is GREAT!
