This location is minutes away from Macomb Mall & Macomb Community College. It is only a 1/2 mile away from the 696 expressway and the i94 expressway, which will take you North/South/West without delays!

This location is off Gratiot Ave, which provides quick access to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. It's also a short drive to Lake St. Clair and Metro Parkway Beach.

There are a total of 22 private units at this location. There is a vacant field located behind the property and it is tucked away off the main road. There are several mature trees & greenery surrounding the property.

Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free parking in the parking area behind the house. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

This unit is located on the 1st floor and is considered pet friendly and we do charge $150 per pet. Please let your host know if you are travelling with pets as Airbnb currently includes charges for only one pet per booking. Non approved pets will be subject to a $1000 fine.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $1000 fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ SECURITY CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES ★
Please note there are security cameras surrounding the exterior of the property. A Ring doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door for safety. It only monitors the exterior entryway and is active 24/7. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
