The music coming into the lobby was a little overkill, felt like I was entering “A Club” and adrenaline rush was unnecessary. Ppl want to rest. Mildew in the shower could easily be eliminated with a good cleaning.

Great stay! Beds are comfortable. Lobby has a great vibe, staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative thing I can say is the shower had hair all on the shower walls.

I did not like it I was only given one glass, no coffee maker if you have anything that was advertised, and the building was very very loud. They were loud cracks in my room and bedroom that I could not identify. The people across the hall from you were extremely loud, yelling into the hallway after 11 o’clock. The offered breakfast was subpar, and I did not get some of the hot items as there was none left. I was at breakfast at 8:30 in the morning and no one was making more.

Hi Deborah, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. The Tru is designed to create socializing, we have 24hour coffee in the lobby with great Lavazza Coffee. As for the breakfast, we do have the required Hilton Brand Standard items. The breakfast attendant you speak of is new here, and I will have my manager keep an eye on the process as we should be replenishing before it runs out. I know she was making more in the back, however you should not have to wait. We do appreciate the feedback so we can correct the issues.

You can tell cleanliness is not a priority here - room felt dirty and slimy, bed felt re-made, not fresh clean sheets etc. In the hallways, there was debris all over, same with the downstairs area. Hotel is hard to get into and out of. Staff was ok, not bad, but not overly friendly either. Will be avoiding staying here in the future.

Stayed overnight. Breakfast was crowded due to a gazillion 8 y/o attending a birthday party (which also led to people soup in the pool), but that’s to be expected. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Clean rooms.

There are no coffee pots in the rooms and I had to ask for an ice bucket. This is definitely a place for Gen Z clients as it is more like a college dorm than a hotel. The room was clean but surface clean and not deep cleaned as there were dust bunnies by the walls and behind the refrigerator. There is no carpeting so the noise from the furnace is amplified and loud. All in all it was ok but just not my liking.

We were here for a volleyball tournament my daughter is in every year. Great hotel overall stay ways great until for some reason the fire alarm went off at 12:30 am for no reason at all.
