”The experience was definitely below average for our stay. Our room felt very dirty when we walked in. The room was humid and the air conditioning did not work very well. We found bugs crawling on the ceiling so we had to call the front desk to move to a new room. The highlight of the stay was breakfast. ”

”It was perfectly what I expected. Not a Hilton but a cheap Motel to get some good sleep at. All bedding and towels were clean. Rooms very clean. Could use updated but sounds like they are renovating. I will stay again.”

”Upon entering our room, there was hair in the shower and it didn’t appear cleaned. There was a wedding band on the floor, which means they might not have vacuumed. While staying there, the elevator broke twice and our tv broke once. During our entire four day stay, not once was our room serviced — we were only provided one roll of toliet paper and bought our own from the store along with Clorox to clean the bathroom with. There’s also no fan in the bathroom, so showers fill the entire room with...

”Room smelled like mold/mildew. Stains all over couch, walls, and carpet. Ice box was turned off. Old coffee was left in coffee pot. Painted over Water damage on bathroom door. A/c struggled to keep room cool. Pictures online Definitely are outdated. ”

”Checking in was horrible ! Got to our room and the room was dirty. Bed wasn’t made , clothes from previous guess laying on the floor , bugs in the sheets! Breakfast was horrible! The man that was putting the food out was cleaning with gloves then fixing food with the same gloves. Parking is sketchy as well. ”

”Do NOT stay here. I had to switch rooms 3 different times because the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. The fridge in one room didn’t even work, which caused all of our food to go bad. Light bulbs missing and or flickering. On top of that, the place has a serious roach problem. Housekeeping even admitted that multiple guests check out early because of it, while the staff acts like they have no idea what’s going on. ”I stayed here at least 10 times, while working nearby. Twice I’ve had to stay in different places due to no available vacancy, and both times I was reminded how much I truly appreciated the hospitality, warm welcome, privacy and convenience of staying at Loyd Hall. During my 3 months of regular stays here, it began to feel like a home away from home. Priced fairly for the many amenities and accommodating hosts. I’ve made special requests a couple times and was met with prompt response...

”Kitchen had everything we would need if we were going to use it. Very pleasant staff and clean hotel.”

”The room and entire property was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. The only concern I have was the noise that the bed makes from that metal piece that's under the bed. At first I though the noise was coming from outside but it was coming from the bed. But anyway it was good for a one night stay before I we got back on the road.”

”We felt very safe at this hotel. however it was not the cleanest and most of the facility needed an uplift. I would stay here again for its cheap price but it needs some improvements.”
