”My room wasn’t house capped in bed not made when I asked at the front desk. They said you have to request housekeeping I said how am I supposed to know that and the person on the desk said whoever checks you, Lynn should tell you and I said you checked me in. Also someone in hotel staff got into my room when I was fishing all day and took all my medication for the various conditions I have that were in my pill holder seven days worth of meds eight medication‘s per day. Great location to restaurants walking less then 1 block: Harry's, Dragonfly, OAK, BBQ chicken, Pizza place, Starbucks, ice cream shop. No parking but we knew this so ubbered everywhere. Nice pool, great staff, friendly and quick to respond to needs. So my advice is dont stay here on the weekend unless you stay up partying until 2am and ubber, dont rent a car. ”The best thing about Hotel Eleo was its staff. The bed wasn't so bad either. But the worst thing was that horrible Nespresso coffee maker. When first booking the room and seeing the amenities, I ordered my favorite coffee in a Nespresso pod to use. Terrible. Foamy and bitter - no matter which brand of coffee used. But the nearness to Shands was such a plus and the availability of the shuttle service to the hospital 24/7 certainly outweighed the bad coffee. And with the Opus coffee kiosk in...

”Check-in was quick and easy, with close-in self-parking and a more than adequate number of good, large luggage carts. We had a bit of a panic soon after moving in, as the shower valve broke and we had no shower. The staff and manager were very helpful in promptly letting us into an unused room down the hall to use the shower. Our shower was then promptly fixed the next day. Other than that, the room was just what we needed: lots of room for laydown, large fridge with freezer, ample drawer...
