”Disappointing Experience – Not as Advertised Our stay at Ha Do Centrosa was nothing like what was advertised on Expedia. The key retrieval instructions were incorrect, and after 45 minutes of searching, we learned there was no mailbox for our apartment. A lady arrived an hour later, briefly handed us the key, and rushed off. Inside, the bed sheets were used and stained, with no towels or toilet paper provided. My wife developed a rash from the dirty bedding—thankfully, we found a pharmacy for...

”The communication with the booker was fast and easy once I could actually get a hold of them. The email option provided no response and a few chat apps didnt have the number registered. Once I was able to find the room to check in everything was fine and easy. The room was spacious and modern. The water pressure was strong and it was comfortable for a short stay. All necessities were provided so that was also very convenient. Overall the host provided a good place to stay and I am satisfied....

”Originally we got booked to this apartment, jut due to clogged toilet situation, they found a new apartment for us. The new apartment looked nice on the outside (building) but when you got into the room, it looked like nobody has been there for weeks. It was ants and bugs everywhere and the sheets were dirty. It was dusty and run down. Did not look like the pictures they sent us. We contacted them immediately, but since it was past midnight when we landed, we agreed they could have come next...

”とても素敵なお部屋でした！ セキュリティもしっかりしていて、１Fにはスターバックス、B1にはスーパーマーケットがあり小さなフードコートも併設されており、とても便利でした。 とっても快適だったのですが、1点だけ残念なポイントとしては、南国なので仕方ないのかと思いますが、ダイニングキッチンに小さな蟻が住んでいるようで、 テーブルにもキッチンにも出てきてしまうため、 食材を置いておくことができなかった点です。 それ以外は、とても素敵ですし、安心ですし、オススメです！”
