”The place was great, but keep in mind there’s no housekeeping. And the walls are paper thin, so if people are talking in the next room you will hear it.”

”The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

”Facility was open 1 month. Rooms were well kept,,,bedding & bathrobes -top shelf. Room had adequate closet space ,,,,but did lack drawer space. Very large bathroom --but 2 sink vanity was on the small side. Staff was good, helpful & pleasant (some waiter service, needed more "seasoning". Town of Beacon very nice ---plenty of nice restaurants & pubs. Overall a very good experience.”

”It was a little bit of a maze to find the room and the hallways looked dated and there was a bit of a smell, but once we got to the room it felt like I was in a different place lol. The room was clean, had no smell, more amenities than a regular hotel, shower with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable, smart TV, full fridge with freezer. Very happy with the room”

”The front desk staff were awesome especially Dottie and Dena. They made the trip more enjoyable. Breakfast was great daily. The only issue I had was the hot water needs to be checked; the shower didnt stay hot and the water in the sink didnt stay hot. Other than that, it was a great experience.”

”The building was under renovation, so it was a bit of a mess, but it needs the renovation…the lobby is cozy and fine, but the hallways are so dark, I felt like I was in a horror movie. The sink in my room wouldn’t drain and there was body hair all over the bathroom floor, like someone manscaped and the staff didn’t sweep or mop the bathroom, which made me wonder what else they didn’t clean? ”Walked into room saw a centipede the size of a baseball walking around, bunch of smears and weird marks on the headboards of the bed, had to fiddle around with the A/C for 10 minutes to get it to work.”

”chatise was abosolutely worth my call to the hotel 3 days after my stay in order to get the correct spelling of her name. When I think of customer service/service with a smile she is the perfect example. We were statying for one night for a friends 50th birthday and I am pleased to say that Chatise was extremely friendly, kind just a beam of light at the front desk.
