”I went alone for the first time to Senegal. I've traveled a lot, but now I'm wondering if it makes sense. I researched the risks and booked this destination Yoff and the hotel by chance. There was only one review. I can tell you that my trip was one of the best! My room, or rather my apartment, is spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very pleasant and alert. The host of the hotel took care of everything needed and beyond expectations: Airport transfers, money exchange, excursions. The manager...

”Very lovely place to stay in Dakar, the hotel is brand new and very clean, rooms are wonderful and very clean and big. Restaurant works well, even it's not open during the day time, breakfast is also very nice and fresh. the rooftop bar is amazing place to chill out with friends and the drinks are good as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very well, without anything bad to say about this place. I recommend! ”

”The staff at this residence were extremely professional and friendly. The room was spotless and noise free. I reserved my stay for 2 days, but, I was in the middle of moving to Touba that I didn’t sleep more than 6 hours in the room OR have the opportunity to eat at the hotel restaurant. But overall great experience and would recommend this residence to family and friends. ”

”Séjour satisfaisant et compte-tenu du prix, vous pouvez leur mettre un "Bien"...”

”I paid the room through hotel.com but Hotel say that they don't receive any money and the hotel is full. Hotel answer customer service (hotel.com) that they don't speak English. They do not refunding the money back to hotel.com”

”This hotel is spectacular in every way. It is an oasis in the middle of a busy area. I stayed in Bungalow 20. There ia a beautiful lush path to get to my room. There is a beautiful outdoor reception. Stunning pool, bar area and restaurant and I was told they just opened a new section of guest rooms ( not bungalows). My room is so well thought out. The attention to detail is magical. I only stayed 2 nights and wish I could have stayed longer. I am a business traveller and it feels so lovely to...

”The place was very well kept and the staff was very helpful in our needs.”

”Everyone was friendly and accommodating, beautifully decorated my only problem with it was there were no restaurants that stayed open late, I guess I’m use to resorts that at least have take away food all sorts of the night but they didn’t have any such thing. They’re missing out on a lot of money when ptcome in from a night parting! Would definitely stay again!”

”A great stay with excellent staff. The place is well-known with excellent opportunities to go to local market for example. The breakfast is a buffet style with good selection of choices. Then, the restaurant is an excellent with changing menu, some African and French choices. I ate there several times. Rooms are kept well. Would visit this place again.”

”Overall, the hotel was fine, but not really 5* standard. The rooms are very standard "Accor rooms", with plasticy bathrooms and quite basic amenities. My shower was only partially working during the stay. Not that there were any major problems during my stay, and the staff were nice, but it's very hard to tell the difference between this and an Ibis for example.”

”Huoneet kaipaa remontti, katto kupruilee. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamupala yksinkertaista aina samaa. ”

”Had a great 4 night stay. Very courteous and friendly staff at Ibis. My flight was early and they were able to accommodate me with an early check in. The room was on the small side but very clean and comfortable. I would definately reccomend.”

”Staff were very friendly, rooms weren't the nicest but they all have incredible ocean view. Restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious. Overall great experience”

”Overall, Hôtel Fleur de Lys Point E made for a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would recommend it, particularly for solo travelers. The neighborhood felt safe and navigable, which as a solo traveler matters more than anything else. The room was a highlight, super spacious, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the city from above. Waking up to that view every morning was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience feel warm and welcoming throughout my stay....

”They need to learn customer service tip .Very weak communication.”
