”Property has gone downhill. Coyotes wander at night, there’s no security so it’s a fend for all. They do leave the lobby doors wide open so you can try to run in without one catching you if they aren’t already inside.
Escalators don’t work majority of the time. There was a party in the elevator lobby during my stay. That’s where they seated the guest. Chairs and tables in the elevator lobby mind you I didn’t want to be apart of it. Hopefully you don’t encounter that it was embarrassing on both...

”We booked online, checked in late at night, the suite type we booked wasn’t available, so they upgraded us. The gentleman that checked us in was very courteous and informative. He enrolled us in the membership/rewards program and informed us of all the amenities the hotel had to offer.
There’s only a few things I think the hotel could improve on. First, would be informing customers (via booking sites) that valet parking is included in the stay. We didn’t find out until we self parked on the...

”Great hotel, wonderful time. Staff is either great or checked out/annoyed. Expensive, with lots of additional charges I still don't know what for (more than $300). Was great but wouldn't stay again. Parks are easy walking distance. Monorail station is nearby in Downtown Disney. Face recognition and barcode tickets worked well. Lightening pass well worth the cost. Food and parking was good but pricy.”
