”There was no one at the desk. I rang the bell as directed. In response I was asked what hotel are you at. I paused as it seemed self explanatory! She quickly asked again. Her response was Ill be there in a few minutes. 8 minutes later a person pulled up.

”Our floor was under renovation. The room was very nice but the hallway smelled awful and was a construction zone. Made it difficult to get to and from the room. Could not roll luggage on the floor as it was being removed for new flooring. The noise from the remodel was also very loud early in the morning. Nice hotel otherwise.”

”When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night...
