”Quaint and comfy! Perfect for medium groups who don’t mind sharing rooms. The host is very upfront about it being near the main road and traffic noise is certainly present. Would not recommend as a quiet place to work but it was perfect for our group attending a local conference as a place within walking distance with a kitchen. The host Monica is very friendly and brought us homemade pasta! ”

”Pros: Het huis is zeer sfeervol ingericht en rustig gelegen. Het eigen zwembadje is perfect. Heerlijk in eigen tuin. De verschillende zitjes geven goede sfeer en afwisseling. De keuken is goed uitgerust zodat je lekker zelf kan koken. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep erg soepel. Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Cons: Niet van toepassing”

”La ragazza dell'accoglienza è stata molto carina. L'appartamento al di sotto delle aspettative: situato al nono piano senza aria condizionata e con un piccolo ventilatore. Serranda rotta e con le alte temperature non lo consiglio. Prezzo troppo alto. La posizione comoda per raggiungere l'ippodromo e 20 minuti dal centro. Non ci tornerei.”

So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The whole place and guest experience are designed with great care and attention to detail. We felt right at home and would return in a heartbeat. If there was one point of critique: I wish the listing had made clear the additional cost...

”We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our host was extremely kind and helpful. Occasionally she would offer us a cup of coffee or cappuccino in the morning and was always responsive to our requests. She was kind enough to let me borrow a wine glass. Very comfortable bed and wonderful room with a small balcony. Would highly recommend especially if you don't mind a shared bathroom with the other guest unit. Would definitely stay again.”
