Located in Die, just 2 km from the town center, the cottage offers panoramic views of the Vercors and the Drôme valley. The grounds feature terraces bordered by dry-stone walls at the edge of the forest.

The property accommodates up to 16 guests, with five bedrooms offering 1 to 6 beds each, plus the option to pitch tents outside in the shade of the trees.



The kitchen is fully equipped and welcoming, opening onto a large terrace and dining area. A net overlooks a 100 m² living room furnished with sofas and a wood stove for winter. The building is ideal for workshops, artistic residencies, or group gatherings.



The bathrooms include dry toilets, showers, and a bathtub.
