”Clean rooms, nice staff and nice views”

”Hotelli todella ihana ja mukavat omistajat”

”I had such a lovely stay here during my visit to Gstaad! A wonderful place to relax and enjoy this beautiful mountain village. I was travelling on my own and felt very comfortable and at ease. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer! I would happily return and recommend it to anyone planning a visit.”

”Kaikki ok, olimme toista kertaa, ystävällinen palvelu kokonaisuudessaan. Tosin vuoden vaihde. ”

”Check in is at 3pm and no one was there. I waited until 3:40pm with two other couples before the manager/owner/clerk arrive to check us in. No explanation or apology of any kind was offered. The man spoke very little German or English which made it worse. He acted as though he was doing us a big favor just by being there. After we checked-in I went back to the office to ask for an extra set of towels. The man demanded to know why and looked at me like I was going to steal them. Reluctantly he...

”Huone oli siisti. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällinen. Aamiainen oli melko suppea. Huone oli kadun puolella, joten liikenteen melu häiritsi aikaisin aamulla.”

”Simply a wonderful and friendly hotel with excellent restaurant and even better cocktails. We’ll be back for sure.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel from the moment we arrived until the 9th day we checked out. Our junior suite, adorned with red rose petals felt extra special for our anniversary. We especially loved the generous breakfast buffet and the option to order from the a la carte menu at no extra charge. Also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary sparkling wine and unlimited bottled water from their well and you if you like you can also drink water from the faucet. It was so nice...

”Hotel was excelent in every single way. Building and the rooms were beautifully renovated and hotel had all the amenities you could hope for. However the service was definitely the high point of our stay. Receptions, restaurant and maintenance staff were highly professional and above all the kindest staff we have encountered.”

”I loved our stay, the room was great and the view from the room was fantastic. Bathroom and shower was really small but the water pressure was excellent. Very nice helpful staff. Uphill walk to the train station was tough with luggage. Glad we stayed in Spiez. Very low key without the hustle and bustle of Interlaken. Would stay here again.”

”If you are looking for personal service and warm atmosphere for your stay, this is your hotel. The Spa was a great plus in addition to other way pleasant stay. In order to get to the slopes, you have to walk about 200 meters to the gondola that takes you down to first ski lifts, however, you do walk through the main street so you get to see and use all the possible shops or restaurants you might need on your way to slopes or back.”
