Huoneistohotellit – Digby County

”A wonderful, wonderful stay in October 2026. Angela is an awesome host! Very personable, efficient, organized and friendly. The property is a very well kept - very clean maintaining a historical theme. Location is outstanding on the waterfront within walking distance of most shops and restaurants. Highly recommend - will stay here every time we return to Digby!”

”The house and room were clean. A good breakfast was served.”

”Henry at the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself while dated had the quiet elegance of days gone by. We enjoyed our visit. The Maritime charm shone through. We would recommend the Pines. Hopefully the new owners will continue to honour this grand Dame with thoughtful renovations and updates.”

”Vicky and Troy’s cottage is fantastic. So comfortable in every way, with lots of thoughtful amenities. The entire cottage was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are super cozy. Offering a stunning view of the ocean, it’s a great location to use as a home base while exploring this beautiful part of Nova Scotia. Super responsive and friendly hosts made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend a stay here!”

”Cute little retreat. Just spent the night after taking the ferry over from Bar Harbor. Enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of traveling.”

”Property was lovely, they’d added even more amenities than when we booked, it was wonderful. My only suggestion is to write down your check in code or the wifi BEFORE you get there, we had no service until we were able to access wifi so couldn’t access any messages to reach out, thankfully we saw another guest after 10-15mins and they gave us the wifi. Other than that the stay was lovely.”

”Great location - close to the beach (2 min drive) and to near by towns for shopping and food. Kayaks was a nice touch! The place was clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, we did notice an odour throughout the stay. We found that by opening windows, running the fan and using a candle, we were able to reduce it.”

”This place is a hidden GEM! I couldn't believe the space that was provided! Will most certainly be back! The host Mike was lovely and helpful.”

”Beautiful view and cozy cottage for two couples. Walkable to downtown. We were able to watch the fishing boats come in to the wharf from the deck.”

”Trailer clean pricey !”

”Renter Beware! This property is nothing like it is advertised. Forget the view from the deck, there isn't one. The pictures online show a clear view of the property, front and back with the house showing no overgrowth, but you can't even see the front door from the street it is no overgrown.. It was so bad the front door was nailed shut - a fire hazard at best - molded deck and back wall, smelled of mildew and mold inside. The linens looked dirty and like they were 20 years old. It was hot but...
