”The surrounding was jungle-like and not taken care of. In the beach it was photo perfect but the reality was totally different - the smell was awful. And those lizards in the property were discusting. Gym was old and small considering the size of the premises. ”

”The staff are nice and the location is great. Property is well maintained with the exception of the rooms. It needs to be updated. The carpets are very old and emits a very musty smell. The linens and blankets were also dirty. The kitchen has some basic stuff like coffees and teas which were greatly appreciated. The scenery around the property is great and they have a nice trail walk.”

”Start with parking - terrible experience as there was very limited parking as like two spots available if you are lucky as the rest is taken up by residents then you went out to an open unsealed carpark that at night was up a hill and uneven and not lit up at night. Wi Fi late evening is non existent with continual drop outs very frustrating. When coming into the place enter at daylight as at night the signage is not lit up and has very poor lighting around this compound as it is both a golf...

”A good location, easy walk to possibly coffs best beach, and not that far to the jetty strip. Check in had a slight hitch when no one answered the phone or intercom for a short while. The main downside was our stay was quite noisy, children yelling in the hall way sounded like in your room at times”

”Great place for a quick overnight stay. Beds were really comfy. We were located on a top floor and people were smoking in the ground floor so filled our room with smoke whenever we opened the door. Highway noise wasn’t too bad, we slept through it. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. We would stay here again.”

”Andrew and Lee were wonderful hosts. The property is beautiful and private. The pool was great to have a dip in, and there was a trail that takes you around the lake where you can see a waterfall and koi pond. Breakfast was absolutely scrumptious: we got to have homemade granola, fruit from the property and local honey. Thank you very much again! ”
