I believe that the restaurant opens too late for ppl who are trying to get to tours & an early start. Also, many hotels offer free fresh coffee in the lobby. I think you should consider this. Also, the coffee in the room was really bitter.

”This property is in a good downtown location. We found the property condition clean and well maintained.
Check in and out was a bit slow as the front desk staff is small and there is almost always a wait at the front desk.
We stayed three nights and every night we were woken by passing sirens in the street, and this despite us staying on a high floor. It’s not really any fault of the hotel but it does reveal that the window glass is maybe not as thermal and sound protected as it could be.”

”Hotel Belmont offered us a good stay in Vancouver! Everything worked very well, it was clean and tidy and the staff were really nice and helpful.
We just got a room with the saddest of views, a brick wall in a rickety courtyard - a bit depressing if I am honest. And the neighborhood was some what shady but the location was otherwise good - near to many nice places. It was great that the hotel had an own parking lot. ”
