”The place is difficult to find, after booking they should send an email with a map to get there. The room is basic but clean. Good size room and bathroom. There is a fan but not a/c and during the night it is quite hot. Only cold water. There is a mosquito net but it is too short so mosquitoes get in the sleeping area. Basic breakfast with bread, jam, bananas and tea. They could provide sri Lankan breakfast if requested. It is possible to use a sort of sun bed provided at the first...

”I had a wonderful stay at Wild Roots! I stayed for 6 nights. Room was spotless. Great AC. Kettle with tea and coffee. Spacious bathroom with a hot shower. Loved the balcony. Location is ideal. One minute walk to the stunning beach, but just off the busy main road. Staff were incredibly friendly. Always available both before and during my stay. Nothing was too much bother. Helped arranged drivers for me. Would absolutely stay again. ”

”現地の家族の家でホームステイに近い感じでした。現地感を味わっていい経験になるはず。場所は山の上にあり、静かで星が綺麗で心も休まる。今回の旅のトラブルがあったときに、助けてくれて、逆にいい思い出になりました。優しいオーナー家族たちのおかげです。人の温かみに感じた滞在でした。 ご飯と朝ごはんも作ってくれて嬉しかった”

”Clean and comfortable room, great location, beautiful garden, but the highlight was the wonderful family and food.
It felt like being invited into a family while they provided 5 star hotel service but at a cheap price. Room service, laundry service, and anything else you could dream of. Extremely knowledgeable about what to experience in the country and where the get the best prices.
I had 5 great days. The family is very helpful and always ready for a chat.
Would say that this is the best...

”Staff is very helpful and the pool is good. Apart from that everything else is in terrible.. the rooms especially bathrooms are in the bad shape.. first day we checked in there was issue with power and one room dint have power the whole night.. the property has potential but its badly managed.. giving 2 stars only for the helpful staff..else would be a 1 star”
