Wonderful Stay

We had the best time at Bella Vista. Everything was clean and new, the kitchen had all the appliances/tools/plates you would need, and it was in the perfect location. Garage was perfect to keep skis & gear. The view if Dillon Dam was stunning. Would love to stay here again!

Fantastic ski getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Bella Vista! Beautiful home - very comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. Love the kitchen. Location is fantastic - super easy to get to Keystone River Run to ski and easy to go to town. Home looks even better than the pictures. We stayed over Christmas for our annual family ski trip. It was such a pleasant surprise that the house was even decorated for the holidays. Absolutely amazing!

Beautiful Stay with Mountain and Water view

Beautiful duplex house worked well with ample common space. For 4 couples and a couple adult kids, 5th room was less than a bedroom and more of a small den - more for small kids than adults. We'd love to stay again and be able to use decks and roof terrace when not under 2' of snow. We were there for skiing so the snow was welcome. Stove not working but hosts provided temporary hot plates made up for it mostly.

It’s a perfect name for this property- beautiful in every way. Behind the house is the vast tundra at the foot of Tenderfoot mountain (with a walking path just yards from the house). In front, you’ll see Dillon lake and the mountain skyline. On the rooftop patio you’ll see it all, including the fantastic celestial light show at night (we saw 4 shooting stars in the first 15 minutes). It’s just far enough from town to feel peaceful, and just close enough to enjoy all the town has to offer. The home is both comfortable and luxurious, which is exactly what we wanted. Honestly, it was even nicer than the pictures. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home and scenery

The location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do. And the views were amazing!!! We had plenty of space for a big family and they had all the supplies we could possibly ask for. Thank you for being a wonderful host! We plan on coming back in winter!!

March ski trip

Good location if you want to hit several Summit County ski hills Snow plowing and salt /sand in Corinthian Hills was timely and important given the snow events we had during our stay Heated garage nice too

Great stay for large group

Great stay for group of 12! Plenty of room for everybody. Close to Keystone for skiing and close to Silverthorne for more restaurants and grocery stores. Would stay again!

Lots of space & awesome views

My family of 10 rented this. Loved the views of lake and mountains, rooftop deck, front deck views. Nice large open kitchen dining room and family room. Great location!

Good but with challenges

We enjoyed our time and the property managers were responsive to our initial need for humidifiers that were missing. But the house has terrible water pressure so showering was miserable. There are electrical issues that need resolving as well and I read about those in other reviews. We had a very negative experience when my son parked his car on the wrong side of the shared driveway (our fault) but when they let us know they accused us of having too many people in the house because of an “awkward” conversation the next door neighbors property manager had with my other 18 year old son who is on the spectrum. It was a rude, disrespectful and accusatory text exchange that soured our experience. The house is comfortable and has amazing views but we would not rent from this group again.

Property good but had an issue with 2 separate dollar amounts about $xxxx different. One was for $xxx and got another confirming for $xxxx. Tried to talk to property Mgr but no one would call only text. Then they said it was a Vrbo issue

Had an excellent time & loved the location of this house. Dillon is a great town & Frisco/Breck are close enough so you have many options for everything from groceries to eats & bars to mountains to ski. Will definitely stay here again!

Million Dollar View

We truly enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista!!! The house was warm & welcoming. There was plenty of space and the view from the main living area and the rooftop deck are spectacular ! Snow peaked mountains & Lake Dillon. Great location. The beds were comfortable & the house was well stocked. Close to Keysone, A-Basin, Breck, Copper, and a short drive to Vail & BeaverCreek. So much to do, with a hot tub & sauna down the street to soak in at the end of the day! Thank you! We will be back! Stay at Bella Vista. You will not be disappointed!!!

Nice home with poor management

This is a very nice, spacious home with a beautiful view of Lake Dillon. The problems we had were with the management company not trying to fix our issues. The keycard for the hot tub was missing which we told them about. Instead of helping us, they argued that it was hanging up by one of the doors in the house. The gentleman on the phone from the management company was very rude to my husband. After several calls and texts, they finally called the homeowner and found out the keycard was in a bottom drawer in the kitchen under several towels. The TV in the master bedroom didn’t have a cable box so didn’t work. I also let them know that the breaker controlling a light in the master bath and outlets in two of the bathrooms kept tripping. Pinnacle Lodging told us they would see If a tech was available....but no one ever followed up. We also couldn’t shut the door to the master bathroom because it would get stuck. We travel extensively and often stay at VRBO listings. This is the first time we have had this many problems that probably could have been resolved easily had the management company been willing to listen.
