”The phone in the room was unplugged from wall and the receiver. The sheets were dirty/stained, the chair had nail polish on it. The breakfasts were horrible. Also, did not get the expedient price. The staff was professional.”

”I have to start with how impressed I was with this hotel. Usually this chain doesn't impress, but this hotel really did. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. They have a nice indoor pool and spa, a hotel bar that opens around 6:30PM and a nice breakfast that closes a little early but it was good. The room I had was perfect for what I needed and the price was right!!!”

”Fridge didn't work. TV only got about 6 channels, only 1 was viewable, the ithers were all snowy. Breakfast was a choice of bagel or white bread. No coffee, no juice, no other options. Beds were terrible, we tossed and turned all night. AC kept shutting off. No wifi. Cheap as dirt, but still not worth it. ”

”Drove 5 hrs room had hair every where, floor wasn’t mopped, tub was stopped up & room smelled bad. I will never book here again.”

”Hotel was going through some renovations but otherwise very clean and quiet. Our room lacked a wardrobe or dresser to put clothes, no place to hang clothing except for the shower rod. Not sure if our room was complete from renovations but it it was it's missing some key pieces of furniture. Overall, I would stay again.”

”Sleep Inn Moundsville was in a great location, had plenty of parking, was very clean, had a wonderful included breakfast, and welcoming staff. The only thing that was a complaint was that the air conditioning unit was a bit loud and rattled when it would turn on. Other than that, this hotel was perfect for my stay in Moundsville. I will definitely come again!”

”Had trouble with our door keys working properly. Staff replaced them but still had glitch. Maybe handle mechanism is the issue. Otherwise, nice stay. Safe and convenient.”

”Staff is super pleasant. Our beds were very clean & comfortable. The floor in the room could have been vacuumed better but no big deal. Microwave & refrigerator worked well and were clean. Coffee in lobby was always full, fresh and hot. We would stay here again.”
