”Room was stunning... Relaxing and welcoming”

”The hot tub was not working properly because they did not heat it up prior to guests arriving. I am in the property management industry and have been for over 14 years and I had to make sure I include that in my conversation for them to heat up the pool. Multiple guests complained about this as well. I will not be returning. Not to mention the internet kept going out and we could not watch tv. ”

”Our room was ok. I am not sure how it has such a high rating on here though. The pool needed resealed or repainted on the bottom. We were told the bar would be open until 10, we got back from dinner at 830 and wanted to have a drink before bed but they had shut down already (this was on a Saturday night). The room had some spots that needed fixed or just cleaned better. The beds were clean, no bugs, staff was courteous, and decent parking area. It was an ok stay for 1 night but I dont think I...

”Everything was a mess dirt everywhere no trash can towels were dirty. Bathtub dirty window shaded destroyed stains on walls chairs. Air conditioner in pieces. And the best part roaches and left with bed bug bites”

”The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom.”

”Room was clean but since there was a floor by floor remodel going on things were out of sorts. Breakfast was lacking and seemed to be cooked in a maintenance room connected to the dining room. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. My room had many small things that still had to be accomplished in order to be considered remodeled, a little unprofessional. Please check the bathroom fans to make sure they are working, mine wasn't so it steamed up the entire room.”

”The front desk staff(Zarah) went above and beyond her job description as she provided first-aid to my husband who took a fall in the parking lot. She cleaned and bandaged his knees. She also accompanied us to our room and got a bucket of ice for us. There were also 2 angels in the parking lot who helped us greatly. ”

”Perfect hotel for my purposes. Only 15 minutes from Cincinnati.”

”Rooms were nice an clean, I suggest going somewhere else for breakfast, down the street to IHOP, Maple Street biscuit co etc. no meat protein and very poor quality and quantity. A little disappointed for the price I paid. You can pay 130 a night to stay at a Hilton an have a buffet that's next level..”

”Pool was broken the first night. Our room had ants. The staff were nice. The hotel and rooms are older that they upgraded a few things to make it appear newer and nicer than it actually is. You can hear people above you walking around. ”
