In the heart of Dinard, located 500 metres from the Écluse beach, on the central square of La Poste, a stone's throw from the market. This bright 50m² duplex apartment is located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift) of a quiet residence in the heart of Dinard. It comprises a shower room with WC, a 25m² living room with fitted kitchen opening onto the living room and dining room, with a small 2.5m² balcony facing north-west. Upstairs, two bedrooms with sloping ceilings.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen (including Nespresso pod coffee machine, kettle, 3-drawer fridge-freezer combination, three-ring induction hob, dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave oven).
- A lounge area with TV and a dining area with table for 4 to 6 guests. The room is bright and faces west/north-west
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and WC

First floor:
- One attic bedroom with two single beds (80x200), velux window with blackout blinds
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190), velux window with blackout blind

Neighbourhood :
Located in the city centre, you can discover the seaside resort without having to take your car. The famous l'Écluse beach and the Barrière casino are less than 500 metres away. The Clair de Lune walk (GR34) can be accessed directly from l'Écluse beach.

- The market halls are less than 100 metres from the flat. The Dinard market is one of the largest and most famous in the region. The Halles are open all year round in the mornings and the market takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

- There are plenty of things to do during your stay: water sports, walks along the GR34, strolling through the narrow streets, marvelling at the art galleries or taking in the Dinard golf course, which, although located in Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer, is one of the most beautiful in France (less than 10 minutes away by car).

Public transport :
For the peace and quiet of your stay, you can park your car in the residence's private underground car park (vehicles descend by lift). Each flat has its own parking space.
N.B.: Please note that the private garage is only accessible for city cars, as manoeuvring is very limited for SUVs or estate cars. > Vehicle lift dimensions: Width: 2.30 m / Height: 1.90 m / Depth: 5.30 m.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Saint-Malo railway station: 20 minutes by car
- Rennes airport: 1 hour by car

- The boat landing stage to Saint-Malo is a 15-minute walk away (cale du bec à la Vallée).
