”The tent itself was nice and clean, and the property generally seemed nicely maintained. Unfortunately a ferocious howling wind blew up unexpectedly, which ripped open the tent's door flap (which we'd had cinched down tightly) and throttled the roof canvas; the cold of that wind blew through the additional door curtain and every space that wasn't solidly closed. We also had the vague expectation we could find something to eat that wasn't gas station food or a way to cook something--Ballard's...

”JJ were great hosts and very friendly! Such a cool property, I would take them up on the ear plugs though, they are close to the road and neighbors. I would definitely come back to stay here, they have all that you’d need for a fun glamping trip!”

”This was the second time staying at Hope Acres. I loved it the first time. The second time was not so smooth. There was a red fire alert and we were not notified. We were not able to use the bbq or the fire pit. I felt like the host should have let us know in advance. Also I tried to call the host because I was not notified of the specific camp grounds and I never received a call back. The garbage’s were full and the outhouse we were supposed to use was also gross and full. ”
