”grade A for what most people would consider a Roach/Kat/Ice motel. there were no fights, and it was very peaceful. if you're rating them on cleanliness, you already know it's phenomenal: 1/3 of the people working there is top tier in cleanin', and he does a great job. there is no continental breakfast (they can't take it down), so don't take it out on them because you're cranky. just go get some coffee. It's good, tastes like mcdonalds black, and IYKYK, go get some creamer if from the casey's...

”The pool was a little cold, but still nice and clean. We stayed in the king suite and the jacuzzi tub was amazing. The room was really nice and the bed was super comfy. However, the room was described as having a countryside view and we had a view of the neighboring storage units. But that is the only complaint. ”

”The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. ”This hotel is nice and clean. All rooms are entered from inside the building. Its no smoking and close to restaurants. My stay was tainted a bit because the city farmers decided to put down fertilizer that caused a very strong odor of cow manure throughout the town and the building. I still recommend this property.”
