”No breakfast available No hot water available ”

”Shower Door would not stay closed, had to jam it with a towel in order to shower without flooding the bathroom floor. Also, when checking in we were charged a previously undisclosed parking fee of $5.00, this for a large parking lot adjacent to a main highway.”

”Sketchy at best. At check-in, I had paid in full a week in advance for my entire stay, they said they overbooked the entire hotel and were demanding an additional seventy dollars per night just to check in. Classic bait-n-switch. The shift manager was only available by phone and she’s was extremely unprofessional. Then I had to demand to speak with the GM and he said to honor my reservation. ”

”Clean and comfortable room. Only draw back was the limitation for our dog ( keeping out of certain areas and could not leave him alone plus limited places to walk him).”

”Building needs upgrades. The room door had issues closing. Pillows looked dirty with marks on the sheets. Service was great. I stayed at several Hilton hotels this trip and none were that great. The Microtel in Spring Hill Florida was so much better.”

”We checked in and pulled around to the side entrance where we where instructed to go and the outside door would not open with our card so we had to walk around to the front to get to the room. Go up to the room and the hallway and room were under construction with no power in the room, go back to the desk and they assign us to another room. We go to this room and cannot get in the door. It will not unlock. Go back to the front desk and the lady says the lock battery may be dead and she had to...

”Lovely well equipped place. Beautiful view and great restaurant downstairs. For some reason the shower didn’t have much hot water, although taps did. Management said they would look at it. ”

”We booked two rooms for one night before we few back home from Richmond airport (about 25min). This hotel wasn't that close to the airport. The rooms were very large (like a studio apartment) and had a refrigerator, stove, sink, and all the items needed in a kitchen. It had some amenities..hair dryer and soap but no shampoo or any "extras." One of our rooms was perfect no complaints. The other had an overwhelming smell of fried food and the room looked like it had been lived in for...

”Lots of great ameniites from kitchen items, dishes, and seating in our large room to outdoor mini golf, table tennis, basketball and tennis courts and an outdoor fire pit. Beautiful setting.”
