”Hospitality was nonexistent beyond the check in at the front desk. The kitchen and bar staff were rude and disrespectful when we ordered appetizers and drinks after our day out at the beach. There was construction the entire duration of our trip which made finding rides a bit challenging. I had to overhear several fights that happened in my hallway. ”Loved our room we had a lovely balcony with a view of the beach and the pool. The spa services were amazing. The pools were nice and the servers and staff were friendly. The only issues was timing on getting service we waited long periods off times to get served or even be acknowledged. We found this unusual for an IGH property.”

”The room was fine, small but enough space for 2 people with plenty of storage. Shower was really small. The pillows are very uncomfortably- recommend replacing. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The restaurant on site was very good. We appreciated the morning complimentary coffee. Views from the restaurant and beach are beautiful. Overall, we would choose again because of location and convenience to things. ”

”Great, new hotel. Nicely done.
The only surprise was that our room, which was really big and good as such, didn’t have a window! It was like an interior room in the middle of the hotel building and hence couldn’t have a window, but still it would have been good to see that info in the room description when booking the room. :-)
In addition, we got a connected room - I usually write a special request ’no connecting room’ but this time I forgot it - and the doors between the rooms let sound...
