”We got there at 4:30PM when the check in is at 3PM and the rooms were not ready. Then were told that our rooms have been swapped from kings to queens. We got one room and the other was made available after 20 mins. The second room was already occupied by other guests and we walked into someone else’s room given to us by the hotel staff. We then had to wait another 30 mins until the staff figured out they don’t have any rooms available and eventually gave us a different room type on another...
