”The price was alright and it was convenient to get to west Edmonton mall, however there were some cleanliness problems- There were some small stains on the sheets and duvet, The lint trap was full, the cooking utensils and pots were a bit dirty. Being woken up at 6am from stomping,7am from vacuuming, then again at 8 am from more stomping was not ideal, throughout the day there was quite a bit of noise upstairs so we avoided spending as much time as possible at the suit. ”It was very very dirty when i got there. Toe nail clippings and small curly hairs all over the bathroom, there was poop on the back of the toilet seat, no toilet paper, dishes had prints and hairs all over them. I was scared to walk on the floor without socks. I went out after work and purchased my own cleaning supplies. The people upstairs were up most of the night yelling and playing music, every single night I was there. I mean it is cheap but i think clean-ish should be minimum. I tried to...

”Told not to park in parking spot even though there was no one utilizing the space. The door was troublesome and it was really in a dark area and wasn’t very light enough, as it was dangerous in the dark to not see where you are going. Miscommunication with the host and was accused of tearing a comforter, but we did a walk through and I cannot claim this damage. 16. Luxury one bedroom basement suite in downtown of Edmonton Alberta.

North Central Edmonton

”Listing says air conditioner but there was no air conditioning, it was a very warm and humid basement. The host was polite and had good communication. It is in a sketchy area so keep that in mind. It was reasonably clean besides the dirty floors and what looked like mold around the tub. The bed was comfortable and relatively clean. The host lives upstairs and them and their children were very noisy anytime before 10pm. Not terrible but I wouldn't stay here again.”
