”Very clean and nicely decorated home, the owner puts alot of pride into this location. They are also very well stocked house with kitchen items, towels, blankets.. very nice to have all this. The door locks were great once I figured them out, but we ran into an issue with the garage door opener when it was really cold.. no fault of owner.. Otherwise great stay.. would recommend. ”

”This is a home away from home, you have a seperate entrance, with a smart lock, you go down a staircase, and it's a seperate living area, complete with bedroom, with queen sized bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, living room, and a small kitchen table nook. A great price for 2 nights, on weekdays.”

”The place was very clean and very very new. There was still the stickers from original packaging on the TV and some appliances. Apparently the laundry room is locked and you are only given access if you stay 4 nights. This was not made clear when booking. I was also under the impression that I was renting the whole house and that the second bedroom could be rented if I chose so. However, j found out that there would be a person I didn't know who rented out the slate bedroom. Luckily, the owner...

”I had an absolutely amazing stay at this home. The hosts were so lovely and they have really set up the space so thoughtfully. I stayed for 3 weeks in total and had everything I needed. It was such a peaceful stay and impeccably clean! The home is in a safe and lovely area. Lots of amenities within a very short drive. I will absolutely check availability when booking my next stay in Winnipeg because this was a perfect spot!”

”I liked most things with this property. We were a bit worried about the location as it was in a less than desirable neighbourhood. Having said that, the manager was wonderful and always willing to help. The neighbours across the road were friendly and helpful. There are security cameras and lots of light so coming home late was not an issue. All in all, I believe we got a fair and good deal.”
